Fuerte operativo policial logra captura de dos investigados por muerte de joven en Siuna
Un fuerte operativo de la Policia Nacional ejecutado en comunidades de Siuna logró la captura de dos de los tres sujetos que participaron en el asesinato del joven Yamir Aviles Gatica hehco ocurrido el domingo 27 en horas de la noche.
Comunitarios del Naipe confirmaron al Sistema de Noticias del Craibe que la patrulla policial llegó y detuvo a Jose Medrano Rodriguez de 19 años y Marvin Madrigal Palacio de 18 años, ambos presuntamente involucrados en el crimen.
Según nuestras fuentes de la comarca el Naipe uno de los tres que participaron en el crimen huyó del lugar y es buscado por las autoridades.
El que huyó fue identificado por los comunitarios como Francisco Burgos Aguinaga confirmaron pobladores del Naipe, una comunidad ubicada a unos 30 kilómetros de Siuna.
Nuestras fuentes confirmaron que los tres sujetos mataron a Yamir Avilez para robarle ya que el joven realizaba visitas constantes a las comunidades para recoger su dinero producto del trabajo que realiza con las roconolas y su negocio de licor.
Los dos detenidos ya están en manos de las autoridades de la Policía Nacional, quienes preparan todo el expediente policial que será enviado al Ministerio Público para proceder con la acusación formal en los tribunales correspondientes.
Strong police operation achieves capture of two investigated for the death of a young man in Siuna
A strong operation of the National Police carried out in communities of Siuna managed to capture two of the three subjects who participated in the murder of the young Yamir Aviles Gatica, which occurred on Sunday the 27th at night.
Comunitarios del Naipe confirmed to the Craibe News System that the police patrol arrived and arrested 19-year-old Jose Medrano Rodriguez and 18-year-old Marvin Madrigal Palacio, both allegedly involved in the crime.
According to our sources in the region, the Naipe one of the three who participated in the crime fled the place and is wanted by the authorities.
The one who fled was identified by the community as Francisco Burgos Aguinaga, confirmed by residents of Naipe, a community located about 30 kilometers from Siuna.
Our sources confirmed that the three subjects killed Yamir Avilez to rob him since the young man made constant visits to the communities to collect his money as a result of the work he does with the roconolas and his liquor business.
The two detainees are already in the hands of the authorities of the National Police, who prepare the entire police file that will be sent to the Public Ministry to proceed with the formal accusation in the corresponding courts.
