Realizan convivio y entregan canastas a madres de Héroes y Mártires en Siuna
Justo Pastor Rizo Herrera es uno de los héroes de Siuna, le dijo a su mama antes de partir a la misión patria libre o morir en Parasca, que algún día él no iba a regresar, hoy su mama junto a otras madres de Siuna se reúnen cada año para compartir y se alegran verse entre ellas porque todas están marcadas por sus hijos que entregaron su vida por esta paz que hoy se vive en Nicaragua.
Julia Herrera Gutiérrez, madre de héroe y mártir de Siuna, recordó que en aquella época la pobreza era extrema pues su hijo que ofrendó su vida, estando en segundo año, fue regresado del colegio dos veces porque llego con pantalón y camisa de color, ya que solo tenía un pantalón y dos camisas, producto de la lluvia no se secaba la ropa y por ello su hijo se movilizaba para ver un mejor futuro como el que hoy tenemos.
La madre de Justo recordó que su hijo le dijo que algún día no iba regresar y le pidió que no llorara si eso legaba a pasar y así fue “yo no llore pero me drogaron en el hospital, yo quise llorar, me arrime al ataúd y yo lo que digo es que el no estaba en el ataúd, mi familia todos estaban en Managua y mi esposo estaba movilizado en la Delicios” afirmo la madre de Justo Pastor.
Las autoridades locales destacaron que el desarrollo que se ha alcanzado en Siuna y el resto del país ha sido por la sangre que derramaron los héroes y mártires de la Revolución popular Sandinista.
Otilio Duarte Herrera, alcalde de Siuna señalo que hoy el Gobierno municipal de Siuna esta entregándoles canastas navideñas y compartiendo con un convivio con cada una de las madres de esos héroes a los que hoy les estamos diciendo presente, presente presente.
El Gobierno municipal de Siuna cumpliendo con el mandato presidencial cada año sostiene un encuentro con madre de héroes y mártires.

Justo Pastor Rizo Herrera is one of Siuna’s heroes, he told his mother before leaving for the free homeland mission or dying in Parasca, that one day he would not return, today his mother and other mothers from Siuna are meeting every year to share and they are happy to see each other because they are all marked by their children who gave their lives for this peace that is lived today in Nicaragua.
Julia Herrera Gutiérrez, mother of a hero and martyr of Siuna, recalled that at that time poverty was extreme because her son, who offered his life, being in the second year, was returned from school twice because he arrived with colored pants and shirt, already that he only had one pants and two shirts, as a result of the rain he did not dry his clothes and therefore his son mobilized to see a better future like the one we have today.
Justo’s mother recalled that her son told him that one day he was not going to return and asked him not to cry if that happened and that is how it was “I did not cry but they drugged me in the hospital, I wanted to cry, I got close to the coffin and What I am saying is that he was not in the coffin, my family was all in Managua and my husband was mobilized in Delicios ”, affirmed Justo Pastor’s mother.
The local authorities highlighted that the development that has been achieved in Siuna and the rest of the country has been due to the blood shed by the heroes and martyrs of the Sandinista popular revolution.
Otilio Duarte Herrera, mayor of Siuna pointed out that today the municipal government of Siuna is giving them Christmas baskets and sharing with each one of the mothers of those heroes to whom today we are saying present, present present.
The municipal government of Siuna, fulfilling the presidential mandate every year, holds a meeting with the mother of heroes and martyrs.
