Menor muere ahogado en un huyo en el Hormiguero, Siuna

El niño de iniciales O.B.J.M de 3 años, falleció por asfixia mecánica al caer a un hoyo que fue inundado de agua productos de las lluvias constantes que han caído este jueves, en la región caribeña. La tragedia ocurrió en la comunidad Carao, Hormiguero, municipio de Siuna, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.

Andrea Carolina Martínez Velásquez, madre del menor alertó que el niño no estaba en la casa, por lo que inmediatamente los comunitarios activaron la búsqueda, siendo encontrado ya sin vida en el hoyo, que estaba ubicada a unos 15 metros de su vivienda.

Esta es la primera victima producto de las constantes lluvias que han caído en todo el caribe de nicaragua, donde además se registran crecida de ríos, deslaves pequeños, anegaciones en viviendas y sobre todo los ríos siguen creciendo.

En tanto las autoridades del Triángulo Minero, continúan llamando a las familias a tener mayor cuidado en los niños y los adultos mayores, más en esta época de mucha lluvia.

En la comunidad el caro hoy una familia sobre por la perdida de este niño que cayo de forma accidental en el hoyo cerca de su casa, sin que nadie se percatara dejando mucho dolor a su familia.

Los dirigentes del FSLN en las comunidades se mantienen alerta ante estas constantes lluvias y se activan para socorrer a las familias que sean afectadas por las inundaciones, ellos están en constante comunicación con las autoridades municipales y departamentales del Triangulo Minero.

En Siuna las autoridades locales están alertan y hacen el llamado a las familias de todo el municipio a no correr mucho riesgo al pasar por los caños y ríos ya que el caudal de los rio ha crecido enormemente.

Mario Pérez de gestión de riesgo de la alcaldía de Siuna, dijo que cada familia en las comunidades tiene su plan de respuestas, que ha sido trabajado con la unidad de victoria ese plan se pone en práctica precisamente en estos momentos de mucha lluvia que provoca deslaves y viviendas inundadas por crecida de ríos y causes.
