Policía Nacional captura a sujeto vinculado de privarle la vida a ciudadano en Siuna, Caribe Norte
La Policía Nacional realizó la detención del sujeto Jackson Chavarría, de 19 años de edad, por ser supuesto autor de muerte homicida, en perjuicio de quien en vida fuera Jairo Javier Escoto.
Este lamentable hecho ocurrió el pasado 25 de noviembre del 2018, en comunidad Guayabo Central, municipio de Siuna, Región Autónoma Costa Caribe Norte.
Asi lo dio a conocer el comisionado Mayor Marlon Sevilla Centeno Jefe Policial del Triangulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukukú.
Policía Nacional en sus investigaciones, determinó que el día domingo 25 de noviembre del 2018, a las 4:40 de la tarde, el sujeto Jackson Chavarría, interceptó a la víctima Jairo Javier Escoto, de 44 años de edad a quien le disparó, causando su muerte y posteriormente se dio a la fuga, siendo el móvil del hecho robo.
A Chavarría se le imputan los delitos de homicidio, robo con fuerza y abigeato.
La detención se realizó el día lunes 22 de febrero del 2021, a las 5:00 de la tarde, en comunidad Guayabo Resbalón, lugar donde se dio la tragedia dijo el jefe Policial Sevilla.
National Police capture a subject linked to depriving the life of a citizen in Siuna, North Caribbean
The National Police carried out the arrest of the subject Jackson Chavarría, 19 years old, for being the alleged author of a homicidal death, to the detriment of Jairo Javier Escoto who was alive.
This unfortunate event occurred on November 25, 2018, in the Guayabo Central community, municipality of Siuna, North Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region.
This was announced by the Chief Commissioner Marlon Sevilla Centeno, Police Chief of the Mining Triangle, Prinzapolka and Mulukukú.
In their investigations, the National Police determined that on Sunday, November 25, 2018, at 4:40 in the afternoon, the subject Jackson Chavarría intercepted the victim Jairo Javier Escoto, 44 years old, who he shot, causing his death and later he fled, being the motive for the robbery.
Chavarría is charged with the crimes of homicide, robbery and cattle rustling.
The arrest was made on Monday, February 22, 2021, at 5:00 in the afternoon, in the Guayabo Resbalón community, the place where the tragedy occurred, said Police Chief Sevilla.
