Este primero de febrero se dio inicio al año escolar 2021 en Nueva Guinea
El acto inaugural fue en el colegio Mauricio Cajina contando con la presencia de funcionarios y representante del partido del Frente Sandinista en Nueva Guinea, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Sur
Los estudiantes llegaron acompañados de sus padres quienes cargaban sus mochilas donadas por el Gobierno, en donde se espera un bendecido Año Escolar y seguir avanzando en constante aprendizaje.
Mientras que la policía estará garantizando también la seguridad en cada centro educativo, además están tomando medidas de higiene que ha orientado el Ministerio de salud, como la desinfección de los espacios, el uso de la mascarilla, lavado de manos y alcohol gel.
Para este año el Gobierno de Nicaragua ha garantizado en este municipio paquetes escolares maletines para docentes, también garantiza la Merienda Escolar.

For this year the Government of Nicaragua has guaranteed in this municipality school packages, briefcases for teachers, it also guarantees the School Lunch.
