Capturan a hombre que se presume estranguló a una adolescente en una comunidad de Rosita
Autoridades de la Policía Nacional dieron a conocer en conferencia de prensa en Siuna, Caribe Norte, que capturaron a un hombre que se presume esta vinculado con el estrangulamiento de una adolescente en la comunidad de Umbila, jurisdicción del municipio de Rosita en la Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.
Lo anterior fue expresado por el comisionado mayor Oscar Alemán segundo jefe de la Policía Nacional en el Triángulo Minero Prinzapolka y Mulukuku.
El jefe policial señalo que recibieron una llamada al 118 para informar sobre la muerte de un adolescente con iniciales JCCJ de 16 años, en la comarca Umbila.
Un equipo técnico policial, conformado por oficiales de Auxilio Judicial, Comisaría de la Mujer y peritos de criminalística, se presentaron al lugar, realizaron inspección, fijación fotográfica de la escena, ocuparon mecate, recolectaron muestras de sangre para realizar peritajes químico y biológico.
El comisionado Mayor Alemán dio que el cuerpo fue examinado por el médico forense del Triángulo Minero, quien dictaminó que la causa de muerte fue por asfixia mecánica por ahorcamiento.
El jefe policial detallo que en las investigaciones realizadas se logró determinar que el sábado 12 de febrero del 2022, a las 3:00 de la tarde, Henry Javier Molina García de 31 años, agredió y estranguló con mecate a la adolescente de iniciales J.C.C.J. provocándole la muerte, posteriormente se dio a la fuga.
La Policía Nacional capturó al presunto estrangulador Henry Javier Molina García, quien fue presentado ante los medios de comunicación y será puesto a la orden del Ministerio publico para que se ejerza la acción penal en su contra por los delitos por el cual ha sido investigado.
La Policía Nacional continúa garantizando protección a las familias y comunidades con vigilancia y patrullaje en barrios, mercados, paradas y terminales de buses, parques, carreteras y destinos turísticos.
