Eligen a Miss Verano Triángulo Minero en las playas del rio Wany en Siuna
La señorita Katherine Castellón, una mujer miskita originaria de Prinzapolka fue electa como Miss Verano 2021 en el Triángulo Minero Prinzapolka y Mulukuku, en un certamen realizado a la orilla en las playas del rio Wany, uno de los más concurridos por los veraneantes de Siuna, en el Caribe Norte.
Un total de seis bella jovencitas se disputaron el cetro donde mostraron sus habilidades en la pasarela y el dominio del tema que estaban relacionado a promocionar los destinos turísticos del Caribe Norte, las medidas de prevención ente el COVID 19 y las cualidades de una candidata a Miss Verano 2021.
La elección estuvo a cargo de un jurado integrado por siete personas vinculados a la belleza quienes eligieron a la representante del Triángulo Minero para el certamen nacional.
Katherine Castellón, muy emocionada tras ganar el concurso dijo que se siente muy orgullosa de representar a la etnia y a la mujer miskita, en el certamen nacional.
Nelly Martínez Medina, representante del municipio de Rosita, dijo que está contenta de participar en el concurso, donde estuvo nerviosa, pero es una bonita experiencia que se lleva.
Verónica Nazaret Barquero Reyes, representante de Mulukuku, dijo que está muy contenta de participar en el concurso porque se puede lucir y es uno de sus pasatiempos favoritos.
José Luis Solórzano, delegado presidencial del Triángulo Minero Prinzapolka y Mulukuku, dijo que este tipo de certamen que se realizan son una muestra de la alegría de vivir en paz y en Revolución.
