Serie empatada entre Costa y Granada con dos juegos pendientes

La Costa Caribe y el Granada lograron dividir la serie (1-1) con par de juegos suspendidos por lluvias en Siuna, en la Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.

El lanzador caribeño Norman St. Clair, logró blanquear al conjunto de los Tiburones del Granada 5-0 en el primer choque en el estadio Oncelo Martin Jackson de Siuna, enfrento a 18 bateadores y solo Norvin Cabrera le ligo de imparable y propino tres ponches.

El derecho caribeño conto con el apoyo del derecho Ernesto Glascon quien en dos entradas receto tres ponches a los tiburones de la gran sultana, concedido una base por colas y Harold Morales le conecto el segundo imparable del juego.

Los caribeños en este juego conectaron nueve cañonazos destacando la ofensiva en Rommel Mendoza que ligo de 4-3, Brandon Fermín que ligo de 3-2 y un doblete de Nacer Rosales y Dwain Fox con cinco anotaciones. El juego lo perdió Cairo Murillo Jr., por los tiburones de Granada.

El segundo juego lo ganaron los visitantes del Granada al team costeño en Siuna por bloqueada 2×0, con una ofensiva de los tiburones de cinco imparables con dobletes de Harold Morales y Dey Paso y una bonita labor monticular del derecho Julio Cesar Raudez Jr.

Los tiburones desde el inicio del juego golpearon al costeño Wilfredo Pinner con las dos únicas anotaciones del partido.

SUSPENSIÓN

Los dos juegos que estaban programados para jugarse a primera hora de este lunes 15 de marzo en Siuna, fue suspendido por que el terreno de juegos no prestaba las condiciones para jugar béisbol.

Los árbitros realizaron la inspección a las 8:00 am y desde ese momento vieron que no había condiciones para jugar, sin embargo, tuvieron que esperar hasta las 10:00 am para tomar la decisión de suspender los dos juegos entre la Costa Caribe y los Tiburones de Granada.

La Costa Caribe con par de juegos pendientes, está en el segundo lugar de la tabla de Posiciones del campeonato Nacional con 10-4, el Estelí está en la cima con 12-4, el tercer puesto lo ocupan los Toros de Chontales con 11-5 y el en cuarto Chinandega con 10-6.

El próximo fin de semana el equipo de la Costa Caribe recibe a los melenudos de León en Bilwi que llegan en la posición cinco con balance de 9-7.

Series tied between Costa and Granada with two games pending

The Caribbean Coast and Grenada managed to split the series (1-1) with a couple of games suspended due to rain in Siuna, in the Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast.

Caribbean pitcher Norman St. Clair, managed to shut out the Granada Sharks team 5-0 in the first match at the Oncelo Martin Jackson Stadium in Siuna, faced 18 batters and only Norvin Cabrera hit him with an unstoppable hit and struck out three.

The Caribbean right had the support of right Ernesto Glascon who in two innings prescribed three strikeouts to the sharks of the great sultana, conceded a base for tails and Harold Morales connected him with the second hit of the game.

The second game was won by the visitors from Granada to the coastal team in Siuna by blocked 2×0, with a five-hitter offensive by the Sharks with doublets by Harold Morales and Dey Paso and a nice mountaineering work from right-hand Julio Cesar Raudez Jr.

The sharks from the start of the game beat the coastal Wilfredo Pinner with the only two touchdowns of the game.

SUSPENSION

The two games that were scheduled to be played early this Monday, March 15 in Siuna, were suspended because the playing field did not provide the conditions to play baseball.

The referees carried out the inspection at 8:00 a.m. and from that moment they saw that there were no conditions to play, however, they had to wait until 10:00 a.m. to make the decision to suspend the two games between the Caribbean Coast and the Sharks of Granada.

The Caribbean Coast with a couple of pending games, is in second place in the table of Positions of the National championship with 10-4, Estelí is at the top with 12-4, the third place is occupied by the Toros de Chontales with 11- 5 and the fourth Chinandega with 10-6.

Next weekend the team from the Caribbean Coast receives the long-haired men from León in Bilwi, who arrive in position five with a balance of 9-7.
