Seis delincuentes detenidos en Triángulo Minero y esclarecen tres muertes violentas en Siuna  

La policía Nacional del Triángulo Minero dio a conocer el esclarecimiento de tres muertes violentas ocurrido en Siuna, así como la captura de seis delincuentes de alta peligrosidad por la comisión de los delitos de robo con intimidación asalto, robo con fuerza, robo con violencia, hurto y lesiones.

Lo anterior fue explicado en conferencia de prensa por el comisionado general Pedro José Rodríguez Argueta jefe de la delegación departamental de la Policía Nacional en el Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukuku.

El comisionado General Rodríguez Argueta señalo que las investigaciones realizadas en la comarca la Esperanza a 80 kilómetros de Siuna indican que el domingo 20 de marzo 2022, Vidal Manzanares Palacios, Deyling Castillo Sobalvarro y Byron Muñoz González, motivados por rencillas discutieron y agredieron con arma de fuego y arma cortopunzante (cuchillo) a Alberto Arcia Estrada y Carlos Noel Arcia Hernández, provocándoles la muerte. Seguidamente los delincuentes huyeron del lugar, fueron seguidos por Jairo Arcia Martínez, (familiar de los fallecidos) quien les realizó disparos con arma de fuego, causándole la muerte a Byron Muñoz González, los otros se dieron a la fuga.

El jefe policial indico que Policía Nacional capturó a Jairo Arcia Martínez, ocupándole un arma de fuego tipo pistola con 16 unidades de munición calibre 9 m.m y un arma de fuego tipo revólver con 17 unidades de munición calibre .22.

Las investigaciones realizadas en el lugar del crimen indican que hay presencia de productos nitrados en hisopos aplicados en dorsales y palmares del preso Jairo Arcia Martínez y en las armas de fuego ocupadas (recién disparadas).

Vidal Manzanares Palacios, Deyling Castillo Sobalvarro se dieron a la fuga y son buscados por la Policía Nacional, por lo que se pide a la población reportar aa la línea 118 cualquier información de su paradero.

Rigoberto Alexander López Rocha, preso por robo con intimidación asalto en Rosita delito cometido en perjuicio de ciudadanos identificados con iniciales E.A.R.C., y J.M.L.O., a quienes intimidó con arma cortopunzante (cuchillo), les despojó de teléfonos celulares y dinero.

Luis Alejandro Pantin Washington, preso por robo con violencia en perjuicio de ciudadana identificada con iniciales R.T.M., a quien despojó de teléfono celular, delito cometido en municipio de Rosita.

Ángel Antonio Ramírez Guido, preso por robo con fuerza en Rosita, en perjuicio de persona identificada con iniciales P.V.V., a quien sustrajo dinero en efectivo.

Joseph Martínez López, preso por el delito de hurto en perjuicio de ciudadano identificado con iniciales S.A.M.R., a quien sustrajo dinero y 1 computadora, delito cometido en iglesia católica Nuestra Señora de Fátima, municipio de Siuna.

Elmer Bladimir Sánchez Zamora y Douglas Flores González, presos por el delito de lesiones y tenencia ilegal de armas en Siuna, Delitos cometidos en perjuicios de ciudadanos identificados con las iniciales C.J.Z, J.A.P.C y F.T.Z., quienes fueron lesionados con armas de fuegos.

La Policía Nacional continua firme en el combate a la delincuencia y permite mantener la paz y la tranquilidad con la ejecución de los diferentes planes de seguridad en la región del Triángulo Minero.
