Los Mineros del Caribe con todo y su aguerrida fanaticada en Bonanza sufrieron, pero al final lograron ganarle el doble juego de la jornada dominical a un aguerrido equipo de los Cañoneros que se convirtió en un hueso duro de roer para los locales que terminaron dividiendo honores en la serie 2×2.

Oscar Chow fue el show y mantuvo en la pelea a Los Mineros y José Romero dejó en el terreno a Madriz.
