Policía captura a presunto homicida en Siuna

José Enrique García Pérez, de 60 años, fue capturado por la Policía Nacional por ser el presunto autor del homicidio en contra de Efraín Castilblanco Zeledón, a quien agredió a machetazos el pasado 24 de junio en la comarca El Inocente, jurisdicción de Siuna, en el Caribe Norte.

Lo anterior fue expresado por el comisionado Mayor Marlon Sevilla Centeno jefe de la policía Nacional del Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukuku.

El jefe policía detallo que se acuerdo a testigos del hecho, García Pérez después de cometer el crimen se dio a la fuga, pero fue detenido será llevado a los tribunales.

Sevilla Centeno agrego que el presunto homicida estaba en estado de ebriedad cuando discutió con su victima por rencillas personales y con machete le agredió causándole la muerte de forma instantánea, luego de cometer el crimen se dio a la fuga.

El Comisionado Mayor Sevilla Centeno dijo que un equipo técnico policial, conformado por oficiales de auxilio judicial y peritos de criminalística, se presentaron al lugar, realizaron inspección, fijación fotográfica de la escena, recolectaron muestras de fluidos corporales para realizar peritajes químico y biológico.

El jefe policial afirmo que el cuerpo de la víctima fue examinado por médico forense del Triángulo Minero, quien dictaminó que la causa de la muerte fue por shock hipovolémico.

Durante la captura del delincuente, José Enrique García Pérez, también fue ocupada el arma cortopunzante (machete), utilizada para cometer el delito.

El comidaionado Mayor Sevilla Centeno dijo que los investigadores de criminalística realizaron peritajes encontrando coincidencia con sangre perteneciente a la víctima Efraín Castilblanco Zeledón (q.e.p.d.), con manchas de sangre reveladas en arma cortopunzante (machete), ocupado al delincuente preso, José Enrique García Pérez.

La jefatura de la Policía Nacional del Triángulo Minero dijo que la institución continúa ejecutando planes especiales, vigilancia y patrullaje en barrios, mercados, paradas y terminales de buses, parques, carreteras y destinos turísticos. Planes de seguridad escolar, seguridad vial y seguridad en el Campo.
