Lanzan Cruzada Nacional de reforestación en Mukuswas en Bonanza
Con la participación activa de las instituciones del Sistema de Producción Consumo y Comercio, la Juventud Sandinista y las autoridades del Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional, las autoridades realizaron el lanzamiento de la Cruzada Nacional de Reforestación en la comunidad de Mukuswas, jurisdicción del Territorio Mayangna Sauni Arungka en Bonanza, Caribe Norte.
La secretaria política del FSLN en el Triángulo Minero Yamileth Roque Talavera, dijo que esta cruzada nacional de reforestación se viene realizando desde el año 2007 en que el Frente Sandinista de Liberación nacional asumió el Gobierno en el país, por tanto, con Daniel Ortega y Rosario Murillo se tienen 15 años de estar reforestando las áreas degradadas en el Caribe Norte.
Por su parte el alcalde de Rosita Fermín Romero Olivero dijo que con la cruzada nacional de reforestación se hace necesario darle participación a la juventud porque se debe heredar a nuestros hijos una tierra reforestada, que nos da ese aire que respiramos y ese fruto y esa semilla que nos alimentamos.
En tanto Mario Salgado Sevilla, coordinador de INAFOR en Las Minas, Prinzapoka y Mulukuku, dijo que se están reforestando en la comunidad de Mukuswas, unas mil 200 plantas de las especies de caoba cedro real guapinol y leucaena, con el objetivo de fortalecer las áreas de las comunidades.
El indígena Isaías Miguel Castro de la comunidad de Mukuswas, dijo que ellos tienen una meta milenaria que es reforestar las áreas que han sido degradas, sobre todo después del paso de los dos huracanes ETA e IOTA en el año 2021 que dejo serios daños a las áreas de bosques de la comunidad.
El Instituto Nacional Forestal en coordinación con el Sistema Nacional de Producción Consumo y Comercio, secretarios Políticos, secretarias políticas Alcaldías, Ejercito dé Nicaragua, el Movimiento Ambientalista Guardabarranco y productores tienen como meta establecer un millón 92 mil árboles de diferentes especies y 300 viveros comunitarios.
