Presunto femicida capturado y puesto a la orden de los tribunales en Siuna
El presunto femicida Marlon Noel Ríos Rizo, fue capturado por la Policía Nacional del Triángulo Minero y será puesto a la orden de los tribunales de justicia en Siuna para que responda por el presunto crimen cometido en contra de su pareja Kenia Yosmari López Hernández, hecho criminal cometido en Bonanza, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.
El comisionado General Pedro José Rodríguez Argueta, jefe de la delegación policial del Triángulo Minero en conferencia de prensa realizada en Siuna dio a conocer que a 1:30 de la madrugada del día jueves 14 de julio 2022, Marlon Noel Ríos Rizo, motivado por discordias de pareja, discutió y agredió con arma cortopunzante (machete) a su cónyuge Kenia Yosmari López Hernández, causándole la muerte. Y luego se dio a la fuga.
Ademas el jefe policial detallo que un equipo técnico policial, conformado por oficiales de Auxilio Judicial, Comisaría de la Mujer, peritos de criminalística y Médico Forense, se presentaron al lugar, realizaron inspección, fijación fotográfica de la escena, ocuparon arma cortopunzante (machete) con manchas de sangre, recolectaron fluidos corporales para realizar peritajes químico y biológico.
El cuerpo examinado por médico forense del Triángulo Minero, dictaminó causa de muerte fue un shock hipovolémico por lesiones causadas con arma cortopunzante.
Así mismo informo el jefe policial que los investigadores de criminalística realizaron peritajes, concluyendo coincidencia grupo sanguíneo de Kenia Yosmari López Hernández, con manchas de sangre reveladas en arma cortopunzante (machete).
Varios testigos entrevistados reconocen a Marlon Noel Ríos Rizo, como autor del crimen.
Con la captura del presunto criminal, la policía nacional del Triángulo Minero logra esclarecer este femicidio que tiene consternada a la población de Bonanza que lamenta este hecho que vino a alterar la tranquilidad de la paz que se vive en este municipio caribeño.

With the capture of the alleged criminal, the national police of the Mining Triangle manages to clarify this femicide that has dismayed the population of Bonanza who regrets this fact that came to alter the tranquility of the peace that exists in this Caribbean municipality.
