Presunto femicida se declara culpable y pide disculpas a la familia de su conyugue

Marlon Noel Ríos Rizo, se declaró culpable ante la titular del Juzgado Especializado en Violencia en el Triángulo Minero Doctora Jazohara Zamora Rivera, por los hechos acusados por el fiscal Cesar Calonge, en su contra por el crimen contra su conyugue q.e.p.d Kenia Yosmari Vivas ocurrido el 14 de julio en la comunidad de Hi Land Merry, Bonanza, Caribe Norte.

Además de admitir la acusación de los hechos el acusado pidió disculpas a los familiares por el crimen que cometió en contra de su conyugue.

La acusación que presentó el Ministerio Publico en la audiencia detalla que el acusado y su conyugue estaban en la casa que rentaban y a eso de la 1:00 am se levantó y le pidió las llaves de la casa a la victima para salir a tomar licor, pero ella se negó a entregarle las llaves.

Según la fiscalía esto provocó que comenzara una discusión entre ambos por lo que el acusado se salió del dormitorio y se dirigió a la cocina donde tomo un hacha y una cutacha y con ello inicialmente ataco a un perrito propiedad de la victima y los descuartizo para intimidar a su víctima.

Sin embargo, la víctima no accedió a las intimidaciones del acusado y se negó a entregarle la llave que la escondió debajo del colchón de la cama, lo que enfureció al acusado que volvió a la cocina y esta vez con el hacha y dos machetes, agredió a la victima que le dejo 104 heridas, en diferentes partes de su cuerpo.

La acusación refiere que le fue amputada la mano izquierda y una cantidad considerable de heridas en la espalda y en la parte de enfrente, y detalla cada una de las heridas en lo glúteos, la espalda, que dejaron como resultado la muerte de la joven y el acusado quedo atrapado en el cuarto porque no encontró la llave para huir del lugar.

Hasta que al día siguiente la dueña de la casa que rentaban en compañía de la Policía Nacional logra capturar al acusado que estaba dentro de la habitación donde presuntamente cometió el crimen que ha marcado a la población de Bonanza.

La judicial admitió la acusación, declaro culpable al acusado de los hechos que le acusa el Ministerio Publico califico la causa como femicidio, dicto prisión preventiva y programó el 21 de julio a las 4 de la tarde la lectura de la sentencia.

Cesar Calonge, fiscal de la causa pidió a la judicial la prisión perpetua para al acusado y Mirza Ruedas, Defensora Publica, solicitó la pena minina que establece la ley, pero además solicitó la revisión de un psiquiatra forense para que revise al acusado.

SNC conoció de una fuente muy cercana a la víctima que el acusado tenia mas de un mes de estar ingiriendo licor una noche antes la víctima había llevado al acusado al hospital para desintoxicarlo, por lo que en el momento que cometió el crimen no estaba tomado de licor.

Así mismo se logro confirmar que el acusado ya había cometido un crimen en Managua con la misma saña que actuó en contra de su conyugue y se había ido a huir al sector de Vesubio en Bonanza.

Alleged femicide pleads guilty and apologizes to his spouse’s family

The accusation presented by the Public Ministry at the hearing details that the defendant and his spouse were in the house they rented and at around 1:00 a.m. he got up and asked the victim for the keys to the house to go out to drink liquor, but she refused to give him the keys.

According to the prosecution, this caused an argument to begin between the two, so the accused left the bedroom and went to the kitchen where he took an ax and a cutacha and with it initially attacked a puppy owned by the victim and dismembered them to intimidate to his victim.

However, the victim did not agree to the intimidation of the accused and refused to give him the key that he hid under the mattress of the bed, which infuriated the accused who returned to the kitchen and this time with the ax and two machetes, attacked to the victim that left 104 wounds, in different parts of his body.

The accusation states that her left hand was amputated and a considerable number of injuries to her back and front, and details each of the injuries to her buttocks, her back, which resulted in the death of the young woman and the defendant was trapped in the room because he could not find the key to flee the place.

Until the next day the owner of the house they rented in the company of the National Police manages to capture the defendant who was inside the room where he allegedly committed the crime that has marked the population of Bonanza.

The court admitted the accusation, declared the defendant guilty of the acts accused by the Public Ministry, classified the case as femicide, ordered preventive detention and scheduled the reading of the sentence on July 21 at 4:00 p.m.

Cesar Calonge, prosecutor of the case, asked the court for life imprisonment for the accused and Mirza Ruedas, Public Defender, requested the minimum sentence established by law, but also requested the review of a forensic psychiatrist to review the accused.

SNC learned from a source very close to the victim that the defendant had been drinking liquor for more than a month one night before the victim had taken the defendant to the hospital to detoxify him, so at the time he committed the crime he was not drunk liqueur.

Likewise, it was confirmed that the accused had already committed a crime in Managua with the same viciousness that he acted against his spouse and had fled to the Vesuvius sector in Bonanza.
