Construyen moderno complejo judicial en Siuna

La Corte Suprema de Justicia comenzó la construcción del complejo judicial en Siuna, donde funcionaria todos los juzgados que están funcionando en Siuna, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte, así lo dio a conocer el doctor Jimmy Chang presidente del Tribunal de Apelaciones del Caribe Norte.

La obra dio inicio en junio, pero antes se habían hecho todo el movimiento de tierras, pero ya el proceso de construcción del complejo avanza de forma satisfactoria, dijo el presidente del Tribunal de Apelaciones.

Chang destacó que con esta inversión la Coste Suprema de Justicia viene a modernizar todo el sistema de atención del poder judicial a la ciudadanía, ya que en este complejo funcionarían los Juzgados de Audiencia Penal, Juzgado de Juicio Penal, juzgado de violencia, juzgado de familia, juzgado local penal, juzgado civil local, juzgado de distrito civil, el juzgado de distrito laboral y se espera tener todos los juzgados para atender a la población.

El presidente el tribunal de Apelaciones del Caribe Norte dijo que a la parte de la construcción del moderno complejo judicial se va a trabajar en todo el equipamiento y el proceso de digitalización de todos los expedientes para brindar una atención de calidad.

El complejo también contara con áreas para la atención psicosocial, para los fiscales que puedan conversar con sus testigos, para que los abogados puedan conversar con sus defendidos en fin será un lugar que presente todas las condiciones para una buena atención tanto al personal de la Corte como a los usuarios dijo Jimmy Chang.

El complejo judicial en construcción también tendrá celdas preventivas para los acusados puedan estar en condiciones mientras realizan su proceso en los tribunales correspondientes.

Otro proceso en marcha es la digitalización de todos los expedientes, de tal manera que hoy se busca un expediente se tarda desde un día hasta una semana en tanto con la digitalización se tendrá la información de forma inmediata y los procesos estarán en línea.

“De tal forma que, si Jose Garth tiene un proceso, el con un usuario, puede estar en cualquier parte del mundo y podrá ver cómo avanza su proceso entrando al sitio web de la corte y sabrá como avanza su proceso judicial” comento Chang.

Las autoridades judiciales esperan que a finales de este año o inicios del próximo año 2021 la Corte Suprema tendrá a todos los juzgados en un solo lugar en Siuna y los usuarios no tendrán que andar buscándolos por todos lados para recibir la atención.

The president of the Northern Caribbean Court of Appeals said that in the construction part of the modern judicial complex, work will be done on all the equipment and the digitization process of all the files to provide quality care.

The complex will also have areas for psychosocial care, for prosecutors who can talk with their witnesses, so that the lawyers can talk with their clients, in short, it will be a place that presents all the conditions for good attention to both the Court personnel. as Jimmy Chang told users.

The judicial complex under construction will also have preventive cells so the accused can be in good condition while they carry out their process in the corresponding courts.

Another ongoing process is the digitization of all files, in such a way that today a file is searched for, it takes from one day to a week, while with the digitization the information will be available immediately and the processes will be online.

«In such a way that, if Jose Garth has a process, he with a user, he can be anywhere in the world and he will be able to see how his process is progressing by entering the court’s website and he will know how his judicial process is progressing,» said Chang.

Judicial authorities hope that by the end of this year or the beginning of next year 2021 the Supreme Court will have all the courts in one place in Siuna and users will not have to go looking for them everywhere to receive care.
