Inicia torneo departamental femenino de softbol en Siuna

Durante dos días este sábado y domingo se realiza en Siuna una eliminatoria departamental de softbol femenino con la participación de Rosita, Prinzapolka, Waslala, Paiwas y  Siuna.

El viernes por la noche se llevó a cabo en congresillo técnico en las instalaciones del Gobierno Municipal de Siuna, que está impulsando el deporte en articulación con el Consejo y Gobierno regional de la Costa Caribe, el Instituto nicaragüense de deportes y el movimiento Alexis Arguello de Siuna.

El alcalde de Siuna Otilio Duarte dijo que si no hacemos deporte no nos divertimos, y hoy inicia la eliminatoria.

“que nos alegres que disfrutemos de la vida, que prosperemos y así que avancemos el pueblo sigue trabajando y este país, debe seguir avanzando, y le damos la bienvenida a todos los atletas que participan en esta eliminatoria” dijo el alcalde de Siuna.

El alcalde Duarte Herrera también llamo a los atletas a tomar las medidas de prevención para evitar el contagio de enfermedades especialmente el Covid que se ha logrado vencer en Nicaragua.

Halima Pérez presidenta departamental de softbol agradeció a las autoridades municipales y departamentales, los árbitros y los atletas.

La deportista dijo que es la primera vez que se hace un evento departamental y pidió a todas dar lo ejemplo que todas son ganadoras dijo Pérez.

Víctor Manuel Rugama presidente de la comisión de deportes dijo que para el Consejo es una alegría retornar a las actividades deportivas y es tan importante estos evento para aportar al desarrollo.

Rugama anuncio que el Gobierno de Nicaragua tiene una política nacional de masificar los deportes y en Siuna el alcalde es su principal impulsor ya que está apoyando cada disciplina deportiva.

Women’s departmental softball tournament begins in Siuna

For two days this Saturday and Sunday, a departmental women’s softball elimination takes place in Siuna with the participation of Rosita, Prinzapolka, Waslala, Paiwas and Siuna.

On Friday night, a technical congress was held at the facilities of the Municipal Government of Siuna, which is promoting sport in coordination with the Regional Council and Government of the Caribbean Coast, the Nicaraguan Institute of Sports and the Alexis Arguello de Yes one.

The mayor of Siuna Otilio Duarte said that if we do not play sports we do not have fun, and today the tie begins.

Mayor Duarte Herrera also called on athletes to take preventive measures to avoid the spread of diseases, especially the Covid that has been defeated in Nicaragua.

Halima Pérez, departmental president of softball, thanked the municipal and departmental authorities, the referees and the athletes.

The athlete said that it is the first time that a departmental event has been held and asked everyone to give an example that they are all winners, Pérez said.

Víctor Manuel Rugama president of the sports commission said that for the Council it is a joy to return to sports activities and these events are so important to contribute to development.

Rugama announced that the Nicaraguan government has a national policy of massing sports and in Siuna the mayor is its main promoter since he is supporting each sporting discipline.
