Inundaciones y crecida de rios en la Costa Caribe por lluvias
Las lluvias que cayó con el paso de la onda tropical número 26 han dejado afectaciones en las regiones autónomas de la Costa caribe, con casa anegadas, crecida de ríos, suspensión de zarpes y municipios incomunicados.
En la ciudad de Bilwi, Puerto Cabezas las lluvias provocaron que los barrios vulnerables presenten las primeras casas anegadas.
Los barrios San Luis, San Judas, Puente San Miguel, Nipco, Hierro, Nueva Jerusalén, tradicionalmente son afectados con inundaciones.
Entre las principales afectaciones fueron la suspensión de las operaciones del ferry (lanchón) que transporta de un extremo a otro los vehículos en el rio Wawa Bom, dejando aislado los municipios de Bilwi y Waspam.
En Greytonw, jurisdicción del municipio de Puerto Cabezas el río se ha desbordado y alcanzado dos viviendas, el transporte también se encuentra paralizado.
En el Triángulo Minero, varios ríos se han desbordado afectando también el transporte, principalmente en vías intra municipales.
Las autoridades de los Comités Municipales para la Prevención, Mitigación y Atención a Desastres (COMUPRED), hasta ahora no han dado reporte de daños mayores, sin embargo, monitorean el caudal de los principales ríos.
En tanto el Río Wawashang ha crecido y tiene en alerta a comunidades como Mahagany, Pueblo Nuevo, Boca Tapada, Fruta de Pan, Sawawas y El Chinal, todas del municipio Laguna de Perlas, Caribe Sur.
La Oficina de Gestión de Riesgo afirmó que ya tienen el Sistema de Monitoreo y Vigilancia.
En Rosita casas inundadas
Las autoridades reportan anegaciones en viviendas en el municipio de Rosita en el Caribe Norte, por lo que el Comprad se reunirá por la tarde para evaluar los daños y brindar asistencia a las familias afectadas.
Bonanza rios crecidos
En Bonanza los rios en Aguas Claras, Shilanwas, Españolina han crecido su caudal si reporte de daños mayores, el Gobierno local está atento y vigilando el fenómeno natural.
