Policía captura a presunto homicida de la Potranca en Rosita
La Policía Nacional capturó a Eusebio Cristino González Martínez, quien es investigado y será puesto a la orden de los tribunales de justicia por el delito de homicidio junto al prófugo Uriel Paz Calero, ambos ultimaron a Gilberto Cano Garzón en la comunidad la Potranca, municipio de Rosita, Región Autónoma Costa Caribe Norte.
El Comisionado Mayor Gustavo Adolfo Aguilar Zapata, jefe interino de la delegación policial en el Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukukú dijo que los sujetos utilizaron objetos contusos (piedra), para privar de la vida a Cano Garzón.
“El ciudadano Gilberto Cano Garzón, fue encontrado en vía pública, inconsciente con golpes contusos en su cabeza, recibió atención hospitalaria, pero falleció a las 11: 45 de la mañana, del día domingo 9 de agosto del 2020” indicó el comisionado.
Según las investigaciones el hecho se dio por una discusión en estado de ebriedad con la víctima
El jefe policial detalló que el equipo técnico de Investigación Policial, se presentó al lugar del hecho, entrevistaron testigos, realizaron inspección y fijación fotográfica de la escena del crimen, además recolectaron muestras de sangre para realizar peritaje biológico.
Cabe destacar que el cuerpo de la víctima fue examinado por un médico forense, quien determinó que la causa de muerte fue por trauma craneoencefálico severo.
El jefe policial pidió a la población llamar al 118 número de emergencia de la Policía Nacional si tiene información del prófugo Uriel Paz Calero, quien es buscado por el delito de homicidio.

The police chief explained that the Police Investigation technical team went to the scene, interviewed witnesses, carried out inspection and photographic fixation of the crime scene, and also collected blood samples to carry out biological expertise.
It should be noted that the body of the victim was examined by a forensic doctor, who determined that the cause of death was severe head trauma.
The police chief asked the population to call the 118 emergency number of the National Police if they have information on the fugitive Uriel Paz Calero, who is wanted for the crime of homicide.
