INTA capacita a productores de cacao y granos básicos en Siuna

El Gobierno de Nicaragua desde el Sistema de Producción Consumo y Comercio, a través del Instituto Nicaragüense de Tecnología Agropecuaria INTA capacitaron a mas de 40 productores y productoras de cacao y granos básicos en las comunidades de Unión Labu, Aló Bethel, Pijibay, Las Delicias, en la elaboración de bioinsumos para combatir las plagas y enfermedades de sus cultivos en Siuna, Caribe Norte.

Julio Miranda delegado del INTA en el Triangulo Minero, facilito los temas de elaboración de caldo Sulfocalcico y caldo Bordelés, que son bioinsumos para el control de plagas y enfermedades en las plantaciones de Cacao y granos básicos.

La idea es facilitar este tipo de insumos en los productores para que tengan mejor rendimiento en su producción de cacao y granos básicos y de esa forma ellos obtienen mejores rendimientos y beneficios de sus parcelas productivas.

Para el productor Nicolas Méndez Pérez de Unión Labu, dijo que la capacitación que les dio el INTA en su comunidad dijo que es muy importante ya que en las comunidades no se usan este tipo de tecnología.

“Con estos conocimientos que nos da nuestro buen Gobierno y el INTA, nos permiten tener mejores conocimientos y las tierras que tenemos hoy requieren de un mejor tratamiento y con esto que nos dieron nos ayudaran a producir más” afirmo el productor.

En tanto Juan José Clemente García de la Unión Labu dijo que esta capacitación en muy importante porque con ello se va a producir mejor y que las plagas no afecten sus parcelas productivas, por ello es muy bueno lo que manda el gobierno hacia los productores para tener mas cosechas.

Una de las ventajas que tienen la elaboración de estos bioinsumos es que el productor gasta menos y tiene una mayor producción dijo el productor.

Así mismo Cristina Godínez López de la comunidad de Alo Bethel dijo que esta capacitación les ayuda a las mujeres que trabajan en la producción de hortalizas y granos básicos, les ayuda para mejorar su producción.

Los funcionarios del INTA recorren las diferentes comunidades del Triángulo Minero, llevando los conocimientos hasta los productores que son lo que van a producir mas y mejor.

The Government of Nicaragua from the System of Production, Consumption and Trade, through the Nicaraguan Institute of Agricultural Technology INTA, trained more than 40 producers of cocoa and basic grains in the communities of Unión Labu, Aló Bethel, Pijibay, Las Delicias, in the production of bio-inputs to combat pests and diseases of their crops in Siuna, North Caribbean.

Julio Miranda, delegate of INTA in the Mining Triangle, facilitated the preparation of Sulfocalcic broth and Bordelés broth, which are bio-inputs for the control of pests and diseases in cocoa and basic grain plantations.

The idea is to facilitate this type of input for producers so that they have better yields in their production of cocoa and basic grains and in this way they obtain better yields and benefits from their productive plots.

For the producer Nicolas Méndez Pérez from Unión Labu, he said that the training that INTA gave them in his community said that it is very important since this type of technology is not used in the communities.

«With this knowledge that our good Government and INTA give us, they allow us to have better knowledge and the lands that we have today require better treatment and with what they gave us they will help us produce more» affirmed the producer.

Meanwhile, Juan José Clemente García of the Labu Union said that this training is very important because with it they will produce better and that the pests will not affect their productive plots, for this reason what the government sends to the producers is very good to have more crops.

One of the advantages of making these bio-inputs is that the producer spends less and has a higher production, said the producer.

Likewise, Cristina Godínez López from the community of Alo Bethel said that this training helps women who work in the production of vegetables and basic grains, it helps them to improve their production. INTA officials visit the different communities of the Mining Triangle, bringing knowledge to the producers who are what will produce more and better.
