No hay desplazados en Sangnilaya dice Gobierno Territorial Indígena

Las personas que no son indígenas y están en el territorio de Sagnilaya, tienen contratos de arriendo que fue otorgado por representantes del territorio y la junta directiva del Gobierno territorial Indígena para resolver un conflicto que había con los mestizos y los indígenas.

Lo anterior fue expresado por el presidente del Territorio indígena Fresly Janes Zamora.

El presidente del Gobierno territorial dijo que no tienen desplazados en Sangnilaya lo que hay es una manipulación de dos organismos no gubernamentales que quieren justificar sus recursos y trasladan a estudiantes para tomar fotos y manipular para responder a sus intereses, para afirmar que hay desplazados lo que es totalmente falso.

“No hay nada de desplazados aquí en Sagnilaya, hemos hechos asamblea en el territorio y se dejo claro que todo lo que ha salido es falso, no hay conflicto entre colonos e indígenas en este territorio” afirmó Fresly Janes Zamora.

Janes Zamora aseguro que inicialmente fueron 50 familias que recibieron este beneficio de arrendamiento en el año 2015, pero luego algunos lideres comunales entregaron de forma ilegal a otras 30 familias y otra comunidad entrego ilegalmente a 10 familias, que se han asentado en el territorio.

En el año 2016 se hizo una visita en el sitio para ver si están las 50 familias, solo se encontraban 32 familias de las 50 que recibieron el contrato de arriendo dijo Janes Zamora.

“En ese momento había un sindico territorial y este negocio con un colectivo por la zona de Tungla para 30 familias, después el sindico de Sagnilaya entrego otras 10 familias, así comenzó la invasión” afirmo janes.

En el 218 y 2019, los muchachos de Sagnilaya comenzaron a negociar tierras por mulas, bestias y licor, los mismo lideres decían que el que vendían tierras era el presidente del territorio y se comenzó a hacer un reglamento interno y algunos lideres se opusieron a eso, porque pensaban desalojar porque no quieren mestizos en sus tierras.

Janes Zamora dijo que ahorita hay tres organismos uno es Prilaka manejado por Juan Carlos Ocampo y otro que maneja Yatama ellos están manipulando en las comunidades subiendo noticias falsas porque ellos quieren justificar el fondo que reciben.

“Entonces que pasa en la comunidad no hay esas cosas, lo que si tenemos es que los comunitarios están asignando tierras ilegalmente, pero los mestizos no están amenazando ya que ellos viajan juntos en le bus en la misma ruta” afirmó el presidente del Gobierno Indígena

Primero dijeron que habían matado a un excombatiente eso fue en mayo y fue falso, después dijeron que habían secuestrado a una muchacha que también fue falso ya que ella se fue por voluntad propia y por último dicen que hay desplazados lo cual es falso, el viernes Juan Carlos llevo a 30 estudiantes con sus mochilas para tomar la foto y justificar sus recursos.

“Si fuera algo serio, como es posible que nosotros no tengamos conocimiento para ayudar a nuestra gente, nosotros llegamos el día 8 a hacer una asamblea y todos están tranquilos” afirmo Janes Zamora.

Janes Zamora assured that initially there were 50 families that received this rental benefit in 2015, but later some community leaders illegally handed over 30 other families and another community illegally handed over 10 families, who have settled in the territory.

In 2016, a visit was made to the site to see if the 50 families were there, only 32 families of the 50 who received the lease were found, said Janes Zamora.

«At that time there was a territorial trustee and this business with a group in the Tungla area for 30 families, then the Sagnilaya trustee handed over another 10 families, that’s how the invasion began», affirmed Janes.

In 218 and 2019, the boys of Sagnilaya began to negotiate land for mules, beasts and liquor, the same leaders said that the one who sold land was the president of the territory and they began to make internal regulations and some leaders opposed that , because they planned to evict because they do not want mestizos in their lands.

Janes Zamora said that right now there are three organizations, one is Prilaka, managed by Juan Carlos Ocampo and the other that runs Yatama, they are manipulating the communities by uploading false news because they want to justify the funds they receive.

«So what happens in the community, there are not those things, what we do have is that the community members are assigning land illegally, but the mestizos are not threatening since they travel together in the bus on the same route,» said the President of the Indigenous Government.

First they said that they had killed a former combatant that was in May and it was false, then they said that they had kidnapped a girl which was also false since she left of her own free will and finally they say that there are displaced persons which is false, on Friday Juan Carlos took 30 students with their backpacks to take the photo and justify their resources.

«If it were something serious, as it is possible that we do not have knowledge to help our people, we arrived on the 8th to hold an assembly and everyone is calm,» affirmed Janes Zamora.
