Siuna conmemora la batalla de San Jacinto con colorida marcha
La comunidad educativa marcho por las calles de Siuna para conmemorar y recordar aquella batalla desigual en contra de los filibusteros yanques en la gran batalla de San Jacinto donde nuestro héroe nacional Andrés Castro con una piedra en su mano se defendió de la agresión invasora y hoy ese legado continúa intacto en la memoria y en la lealtad de los nicaragüenses.
El estudiante Mildred Suarez Estrada, mejor estudiante del Instituto Roger López Borge, pidió autorización al alcalde de Siuna Otilio Duarte Herrera para izar la bandera azul Blanco y Azul y con ello dio inicio al acto del 166 aniversario de la batalla de San Jacinto.
El alcalde de Siuna Otilio Duarte Herrera, posteriormente hizo la promesa de ley a la bandera, donde los estudiantes y docentes prometieron honrar nuestra bandera azul blanco y azul.
La niñita Glesha Sulian Fenly Celington, estudiante de preescolar de la escuela Morava de Siuna, declamó un lindo poema a la patria, que en sus partes le decía a la patria que; me vistes nacer, me vistes llorar, me vistes reír, esta es mi patria esta es mi bandera, Nicaragua siempre en mis sueños estas no hay nación más linda mi patria querida.
La delegada del Ministerio de Ecuación del Triángulo Minero Rosa Amelia Castillo, dijo que se recordó al solado Andrés Castro así mismos recordó al General José Dolores Estrada Vado que estuvo al mando de los soldados nicaragüenses, también recordaron a los indios flecheros de Matagalpa, en aquella batalla dura, pero gracias al heroísmo del pequeño pero desigual número de soldados se logró hacer la retirada del enemigo.
La delgada del MINED también aseguro con firmeza que “Nosotros no somo colibia de nadie, somos un pueblo libre” afirmó Rosa Amelia Castillo.
