Suegro mata a yerno en Bonanza y huyó, pero fue capturado y enfrentara proceso judicial
Aquiles Sequeira Díaz de 43 años discutió con su yerno Alfredo Sevilla Herrera al calor de los tragos, lo que provocó un altercado que terminó en tragedia ya que Sequeira Diaz con machete en mano agredió a su yerno Sevilla Herrera, provocando la muerte, posteriormente huyó del lugar, pero fue capturado por el rápido actuar de la Policía Nacional en la comunidad de Waspanona, Bonanza en el Caribe Norte.
Lo anterior fue dado a conocer por el comisionado General pedro José Rodriguez Argueta, jefe de la delegación policial del Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukuku, en una conferencia de prensa en el complejo policial “Héroes y Mártires de Mulukuku” en Siuna.
El hecho se registró en la comunidad de Waspanona en Bonanza, la noche del pasado sábado 24 de septiembre del año en curso.
El jefe policial indico que traen el llamado al 118 las autoridades enviaron al lugar un equipo técnico policial, conformado por oficiales de Auxilio Judicial y Peritos de Criminalística, se presentaron al lugar, entrevistaron testigos, realizaron inspección, fijación fotográfica de la escena, recolectaron muestras de sangre para realizar peritajes químico y biológico.
El cuerpo fue examinado por médico forense del Triángulo Minero, quien dictaminó que la causa de la muerte fue por un shock hipovolémico por herida con arma cortopunzante.
El comisionado General Rodriguez Argueta dijo que los investigadores policiales capturaron a Aquiles Sequeira Díaz, a quien le ocuparon el arma cortopunzante (machete), utilizado para cometer el crimen.
El jefe policial afirmó que los investigadores de criminalística realizaron peritajes y determinaron que hay coincidencia de tipo de sangre de Alfredo Sevilla Herrera, con manchas de sangre reveladas en arma cortopunzante (machete) ocupado al delincuente Aquiles Sequeira Díaz.
Así mismo indico que los testigos entrevistados reconocen al imputado Aquiles Sequeira Díaz, como el presunto autor de la muerte homicida.
La jefatura policial se comprometió a seguir ejecutando planes para asegurar la paz y la tranquilidad en las familias y comunidad en la Costa Caribe.

Aquiles Sequeira Diaz, 43, argued with his son-in-law Alfredo Sevilla Herrera over drinks, which caused an altercation that ended in tragedy as Sequeira Diaz with a machete in his hand attacked his son-in-law Sevilla Herrera, causing his death, and later fled from the place, but was captured by the rapid action of the National Police in the community of Waspanona, Bonanza in the North Caribbean.

Commissioner General Rodriguez Argueta said that the police investigators captured Aquiles Sequeira Díaz, who seized the sharp weapon (machete), used to commit the crime.
The police chief stated that the criminalistics investigators carried out expert reports and determined that there is a coincidence of blood type of Alfredo Sevilla Herrera, with blood stains revealed in a sharp weapon (machete) occupied by the criminal Aquiles Sequeira Díaz.
Likewise, it indicated that the interviewed witnesses recognize the accused, Aquiles Sequeira Díaz, as the presumed author of the homicidal death.
The police headquarters promised to continue executing plans to ensure peace and tranquility in families and the community on the Caribbean Coast.
