Policía esclarece homicidio contra una mujer en San Pablo Iyas Siuna

Alcides Herrera Castellón, de 22 años quien es investigado por las autoridades policiales de Siuna, por ser el presunto autor del crimen contra una mujer en San Pablo Iyas, fue capturado y será remitido al Ministerio Publico para que ejerza la acción penal en los tribunales de Siuna, en el Caribe Norte.

Lo anterior fue dado a conocer por el comisionado General Pedro José Rodriguez Argueta jefe de la delegación departamental de la Policía Nacional en el Triángulo Minero Prinzapolka y Mulukuku, en una conferencia de prensa con los medios del poder ciudadano en Siuna, el Caribe Norte.

El jefe policial indico que el día lunes 24 de octubre del 2022, a la 1:30 de la tarde, la Policía Nacional fue informada a través del Centro Emergencia (línea 118) por ciudadano identificado con iniciales B.R., de la muerte de María Cristina Meza Flores (q.e.p.d), cometida en comunidad San Pablo de Iyas, a 75 kilómetros al oeste del casco urbano del municipio de Siuna, Región Autónoma Costa Caribe Norte.

El comisionado General Rodriguez Argueta agrego que un equipo técnico de investigación, conformado por oficiales de Auxilio Judicial y Peritos de Criminalística, se presentaron al lugar, realizaron inspección, fijación fotográfica de la escena, recolectaron muestras de fluidos corporales para realizar peritajes químico y biológico.

En las investigaciones se logra examinar el cuerpo de la víctima, el médico forense del municipio de Siuna, quien determinó causa de muerte: Trauma craneoencefálico severo, por golpes ocasionados con objeto contundente.

“Las investigaciones determinaron que el día lunes 24 de octubre 2022, en horas de la mañana, el sujeto Alcides Herrera Castellón, de 22 años, agredió a María Cristina Meza Flores (q.e.p.d), con objetos contundentes (trozo de hierro y garrote), provocándole la muerte, y posteriormente se dio a la fuga” afirmó el jefe policial.

El jefe policial explico que la Policía Nacional capturó al imputado Alcides Herrera Castellón, ocupándole los objetos contundentes (hierro y garrote) con manchas de sangre, utilizados para cometer el crimen.

Los actos de investigación y peritajes realizado determinaron que hay coincidencia de tipo de sangre de María Cristina Meza Flores, con manchas de sangre reveladas en objetos contundentes ocupados en la escena del crimen, utilizados por el delincuente Alcides Herrera Castellón.

Así mismo de logro establecer que los testigos entrevistados reconocen a Alcides Herrera Castellón como autor del crimen. El delincuente y las evidencias fueron remitidos a las autoridades competentes.

Police clarify homicide against a woman in San Pablo Iyas Siuna

Alcides Herrera Castellón, 22 years old, who is being investigated by the Siuna police authorities for being the alleged perpetrator of the crime against a woman in San Pablo Iyas, was captured and will be sent to the Public Prosecutor’s Office to bring criminal action in the courts of Siuna, in the North Caribbean.

The foregoing was announced by Commissioner General Pedro José Rodriguez Argueta, head of the departmental delegation of the National Police in the Prinzapolka and Mulukuku Mining Triangle, at a press conference with the citizen power media in Siuna, North Caribbean.

The police chief indicated that on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 1:30 in the afternoon, the National Police was informed through the Emergency Center (line 118) by a citizen identified with initials B.R., of the death of María Cristina Meza Flores (RIP), committed in the San Pablo de Iyas community, 75 kilometers west of the urban center of the municipality of Siuna, North Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region.

Commissioner General Rodriguez Argueta added that a technical investigation team, made up of Judicial Assistance officers and Criminalistics Experts, went to the scene, carried out an inspection, photographic fixation of the scene, collected samples of body fluids to carry out chemical and biological expert reports.

In the investigations it is possible to examine the body of the victim, the forensic doctor of the municipality of Siuna, who determined the cause of death: Severe head trauma, due to blows caused with a blunt object.

“The investigations determined that on Monday, October 24, 2022, in the morning hours, the subject Alcides Herrera Castellón, 22, attacked María Cristina Meza Flores (RIP), with blunt objects (a piece of iron and a club), causing his death, and later he fled «said the police chief.

The police chief explained that the National Police captured the accused Alcides Herrera Castellón, seizing the blunt objects (iron and club) with blood stains, used to commit the crime.

The acts of investigation and expert opinions carried out determined that there is a coincidence of the blood type of María Cristina Meza Flores, with blood stains revealed in blunt objects found at the scene of the crime, used by the criminal Alcides Herrera Castellón.

Likewise, it was possible to establish that the witnesses interviewed recognized Alcides Herrera Castellón as the author of the crime. The criminal and the evidence were sent to the competent authorities.
