Iota se fortalece y se mantiene ruta hacia Nicaragua
La tormenta tropical Iota se localiza a unos 762 km al Este / Sur-Este de Bilwi y a unos 760 Km al Este / Sur-Este de Cabo Gracias a Dios.
Se desplaza muy lentamente en dirección Oeste / Sur-Oeste, a unos 7 kmh; se espera que por la noche avance un poco más rápido con una trayectoria Oeste e iniciará a mostrar un giro hacia el Nor-Oeste.
Iota mantienen vientos máximos sostenidos aumentaron a 85 kmh (subieron 20 kmh).
El Centro Nacional de Huracanes mantiene su pronóstico de fortalecimiento, con probabilidades de alcanzar categoría de Huracán Intenso.
