Realizan festival departamental de carreras técnicas en Caribe Norte

Con la finalidad de promover y motivar a los jóvenes que estudien una carrera técnica, este 2023, se desarrolló en Siuna el Festival departamental “Estudia una carrera técnica”, en la Costa Caribe Norte.

El festival cuenta con la participación de más de 40 protagonistas, de los centros tecnológicos Bernardino Diaz Ochoa, Siuna, Héroes y Mártires de Puerto Cabezas y Onofre Martinez, Waspam.

Entre las carreras que participan están Técnico General en Veterinario, Agropecuario, Contabilidad, Computación, Zootecnia, Agronomía, Administración Técnico Especialista Forestal.

El director del INATEC Siuna Ronald Ramírez Chow, dijo que en este festival están los tres tecnológicos del Caribe Norte, presentando su oferta de carreras, pero además están los estudiantes innovadores y emprendedores que se han destacado con sus proyectos.

Marvin Polanco Morales, secretario Político del FSLN en Siuna señalo que este este festival se hace con el objetivo que los jóvenes puedan estudiar una carrera para que puedan aprender, emprender y prosperar.

La delgada presidencial del Triángulo Minero Yamileth Roque Talavera, declaro que el Gobierno del presidente Daniel esta ofertando desde los tecnológicos las carreras que permita a los jóvenes prosperar.

Por su parte el estudiante de Cocina y gastronomía de INATEC Bilwi, Blayver Adams Zacarías señaló que en esa carrera aprenden a realizar los platos fuertes y bocadillo de entrada para los servicios de restaurante.
En tanto el profesor forestal de INATEC Waspam, dijo que allí ofertan carreras para la agronomía, forestal, computación entre otras que demanda la localidad.

Finalmente, Marvin Antonio Rizo, estudiante instituto Parroquial Siuna, considera que es muy importante conocer las diferentes opciones para prepararse en las diferentes carreras técnicas que están ofreciendo porque son oportunidades de prepararse de una forma muy práctica.

Los estudiantes realizarán demostraciones de servicio de restaurante bar y cafetería, cocina y gastronomía, entrenamiento físico y deportivo, computación, diseño gráfico, refrigeración y aire acondicionado comercial, electrónica, topografía y maestro de obras, también se realizará jornada de desparasitación, vitaminas a animales domésticos, degustaciones de vino de jamaica, crema, cuajada y cajeta entre otros productos elaborados por los alumnos.

For his part, the student of Cuisine and Gastronomy of INATEC Bilwi, Blayver Adams Zacarias, pointed out that in this career they learn to make the main dishes and sandwiches for restaurant services.

Meanwhile, the forestry professor of INATEC Waspam, said that there they offer careers for agronomy, forestry, computing, among others that the locality demands.

Finally, Marvin Antonio Rizo, a Siuna Parish High School student, considers that it is very important to know the different options to prepare for the different technical careers that they are offering because they are opportunities to prepare in a very practical way.

The students will carry out demonstrations of restaurant, bar and cafeteria service, cooking and gastronomy, physical and sports training, computing, graphic design, refrigeration and commercial air conditioning, electronics, topography and master builder, there will also be a deworming day, vitamins for animals domestic products, jamaica wine, cream, curd and cajeta tastings, among other products made by the students.
