Un ataque de cinco carreras en el primer tercio de juego le permitió con todo y sufrimiento a Los Dantos empatar la serie semifinal a una victoria por bando ante Estelí al imponerse en el segundo juego con score 5×4.

Los capitalinos aprovecharon al zurdo Elvin García desde el propio primer episodio. Con un out en la pizarra, Benjamín Alegría recibió boleto, hit de Ofilio Castro hizo avanzar a Alegría hasta tercera. Sandy Bermúdez con fly de sacrificio al central impulsó a Alegría con la primera, le siguió Leonardo Ortiz con largo cuadrangular al central para poner el score 3×0.

Estelí acortó distancia en la parte alta del tercero ante Ronald Medrano. Wesllyng Valenzuela conectó imparable, Darwin Sevilla recibió boleto y Omar Obregón con infield hit congestionó las almohadillas. Moisés Flores bateó rola para doble play permitiendo a Valenzuela anotar la primera para los norteños.

Los Dantos volvieron a alargar su ventaja en la conclusión del tercero. Benjamín Alegría negoció boleto y Ofilio Castro castigó a García con largo cuadrangular a lo largo del izquierdo para poner el score 5×1.

El zurdo Sheyder García apareció en relevo de Elvin desde el cuarto episodio y no toleró mayores libertades a los capitalinos a lo largo de 4 episodios de trabajo en los que recetó 4 hits y toleró 2 imparables.

En el inicio del quinto innings Estelí fabricó par de anotaciones. Wesllyng Valenzuela inició la tanda recibiendo boleto, Darwin Sevilla ligó de hit al izquierdo avanzando Valenzuela a la antesala, Moisés Flores roleteó siendo forzado Sevilla en segunda, las bases se congestionaron por boleto a Ramón Flores, le siguió Luis Alen con hit al izquierdo empujando las carreras 2 y 3 del juego para Estelí y explotando así a Ronald Medrano.

Estelí fabricó una más en el sexto esta vez ante el derecho Junior Téllez. Jacksell Mairena abrió la tanda con hit, seria remolcado por largo doble al derecho de Wesllyng Valenzuela. Pese a conectar 10 imparables (3 más que los Dantos) los norteños dejaron a 12 corredores en posición anotadora.

Jorge Bucardo se encargaría de cerrar y salvar el juego por los locales.

Junior Téllez se agenció la victoria con salvamento de Jorge Bucardo mientras que Elvin García cargó con la derrota. El tercer juego de la serie se disputará el 21 de julio en Estelí a las 6 de la tarde.

Dantos win by the minimum and tie the semifinal series against Estelí

A five-run attack in the first third of the game allowed Los Dantos with all suffering to tie the semifinal series to a victory by side against Estelí when prevailing in the second game with score 5 × 4.

The people of the capital took advantage of the left-handed Elvin García from the very first episode. With one out on the board, Benjamín Alegría received a ticket, Ofilio Castro’s hit advanced Alegría to third. Sandy Bermúdez with a sacrifice fly to the central powered Alegría with the first, followed by Leonardo Ortiz with a long home run to the central to set the score 3 × 0.

Estelí closed the gap at the top of the third against Ronald Medrano. Wesllyng Valenzuela connected unstoppably, Darwin Sevilla received a ticket and Omar Obregón with an infield hit congested the pads. Moisés Flores hit a grounder for a double play allowing Valenzuela to score the first for the northerners.

The Dantos extended their advantage again at the conclusion of the third. Benjamín Alegría negotiated a ticket and Ofilio Castro punished García with a long home run along the left to put the score 5 × 1.

The left-hander Sheyder García appeared in Elvin’s relief from the fourth episode and did not tolerate greater freedoms for the capitals throughout 4 work episodes in which he prescribed 4 hits and tolerated 2 hits.

Junior Téllez won the victory with the rescue of Jorge Bucardo while Elvin García carried the defeat. The third game in the series will be played on July 21 in Estelí at 6 in the afternoon.
