Judicial manda a juicio querella contra Kalua Salazar en Bluefields

La querella por injurias y calumnias fue enviada a juicio oral y público para el próximo 23 de septiembre, por supuesto delito de calumnias promovidas por tres personas del municipio del Rama en contra de Kalua Salazar comunicadora de Radio la Costeñísima en Bluefields, Región Autónoma ad el Costa Caribe Sur.

La defensa a cargo de Boanerges Fornos, dijo a los medios locales que la querella no reunía los requisitos establecido en la ley, así como el poder que les otorgaron las tres personas a su abogado para ejercer la acción en el tribunal judicial.

En Bluefields se llevó a cabo la audiencia, donde se acusa a la comunicadora de Radio La Costeñísima Kalua Salazar, por ser supuesta autora del delito de injurias y calumnias en perjuicio de tres personas de la ciudad del Rama.

El abogado defensor Boanerges Fornos, mencionó que la causa no debió ser admitida por parte de la Juez Local Penal Deyanira Traña, puesto que la acusación no reúne los requisitos establecidos por la ley, por lo que presentó un recurso de nulidad que fue rechazado por la judicial, por tanto, interpondrá un recurso de apelación en contra de dicha resolución.

Denis Báez, abogado acusador, dijo que tienen testificales y documentales, donde pretenden demostrar las injurias y calumnias publicadas por La Costeñísima.

Donald Hebbert dijo que el proceso contra Salazar es un ataque directo contra Radio la Costeñísima «lo que buscan es aplicar una multa exorbitante y que Kalua no la pueda pagar y así decomisar la radio» subrayó Hebbert.

Periodistas independientes y algunos pobladores de la ciudad llegaron al Complejo Judicial de Bluefields, para apoyar a Salazar.

El juicio fue programado para el próximo 23 de septiembre a las 10 am, la media cautelar aplicada por la juez fue una presentación periódica.

La acusación fue interpuesta por los abogados de Julia Elena Zeledón, Shamia Ruiz Castillo, y Griselda Centeno, en el Juzgado Local Penal de Bluefields, circunscripción de la Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Sur (RACCS).

Según la acusación, la periodista habría mencionado de actos de corrupción a las tres mujeres, que trabajan en la Alcaldía de El Rama, en un reportaje sobre malversación de fondos públicos.

Judicial orders lawsuit against Kalua Salazar in Bluefields

According to the indictment, the journalist mentioned acts of corruption to the three women, who work in the Mayor’s Office of El Rama, in a report on misappropriation of public funds.
