Recomiendan que embarcaciones de bajo a mediano nivel deben tener precaución de zarpe, ya que se espera fuertes oleajes, vientos y lluvias con descargas eléctricas.
Interior del Caribe se pronostican posibles inundaciones y crecidas de ríos, cauces, repentinamente.
