Un total de 50 lotes fueron entregados por el alcalde de Rosita, Fermín Rimero Olivero, a igual número de familias pobres de ese municipio caribeño, como parte del programa Bismarck Martínez que se ejecuta en la Costa Caribe Norte de Nicaragua.

Al acto inaugural y entrega de los terrenos asistieron las autoridades regionales del Frente Sandinista y funcionarios municipales y regionales del Triángulo Minero.

El alcalde de Rosita, Fermín Romero Olivero, dijo que es una primera fase del sueño y la esperanza de muchos que necesitan un terreno donde construir una vivienda digna «y eso es lo que hace un Gobierno comprometido con su pueblo, por ello el presidente Daniel Ortega y la vicepresidenta Rosario Murillo han orientado que se ejecute este programa en todas las alcaldías del país y en Rosita el alcalde está cumpliendo con esa orientación».

José Luis Solórzano, secretario político departamental del FSLN, dijo que el Gobierno que preside «nuestro comandante de la revolución José Daniel Ortega Saavedra mediante al programa Bismark Martínez está restituyendo los derechos a los y las ciudadanas que tienen necesidad de vivir con dignidad y eso se logra solo con el Frente Sandinista».

Nubia Godoy, protagonista del programa, agradeció al Gobierno por haber sido parte del programa.

They give land to Rosita families

A total of 50 lots were delivered by the mayor of Rosita, Fermín Rimero Olivero, to the same number of poor families in that Caribbean municipality, as part of the Bismarck Martínez program that runs on the North Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua.

The opening ceremony and delivery of the lands were attended by the regional authorities of the Sandinista Front and municipal and regional officials of the Mining Triangle.

The mayor of Rosita, Fermín Romero Olivero, said that it is a first phase of the dream and hope of many who need land to build decent housing «and that is what a government committed to its people does, so President Daniel Ortega and Vice President Rosario Murillo have directed this program to be implemented in all the mayor’s offices of the country and in Rosita the mayor is complying with that orientation. »

José Luis Solórzano, departmental political secretary of the FSLN, said that the government that presides «our commander of the revolution José Daniel Ortega Saavedra through the Bismark Martínez program is restoring the rights to citizens who need to live with dignity and that is achieves only with the Sandinista Front. »

Nubia Godoy, protagonist of the program, thanked the Government for being part of the program.
