Punta Masaya tendrá agua por medio de un poco que se construye

Un pozo que llevara el vital líquido a más de 100 familias de punta Masaya en el barrio Santa Rosa se construye en Bluefields, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Sur de Nicaragua por medio de Blue Energy y la Alcaldía Municipal de Bluefields.

Sandra Pavón, Directora país de Blue Energy Nicaragua, dijo que iniciaron con la perforación de lo que será el nuevo pozo ubicado en Punta Masaya, donde más de 100 familias podrán acceder al servicio de agua segura para poder subsidiar sus necesidades.

El pozo será con bomba de mecate, con su caseta, que permitirá a las personas adquirir agua sin mayor inconveniente, esta era una gran necesidad de este sector de la población y con este pozo se logra suplir esta necesidad básica dijo Pavón.

BlueEnergy Nicaragua, en 15 años han construido 117 pozos en lugares que tenían suma necesidad. El pozo de Punta Masaya tendrá 140 pies de profundidad, para que en tiempo de verano pueda dar abasto.

Jimmy Pérez, funcionario de la Alcaldía de Bluefields dijo que la Alcaldía a través del área de Medio Ambiente, capacita a los integrantes de los Comités de Agua Potable y Saneamiento.

Estos comités están integrados por pobladores de los lugares donde se hacen los pozos, con el fin que puedan tener los elementos necesarios para poder dar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, incluyendo análisis de agua, trabajo de reforestación cerca de los pozos para que brinden los recursos hídricos con cantidades necesarias en las diferentes épocas del año.

Yorleni Martínez Reyes, tesorera del comité de agua del sector de Punta Masaya, celebro el inicio de las obras ya que este proyecto viene a suplir una de las principales necesidades de los pobladores de este barrio.

La obra en tiene un costo de U$ 6,000 fondos de Fundación Veolia Francia.

El Gobierno Municipal en articulación con el Gobierno de Nicaragua están ejecutando en Bluefields el proyecto de agua potable que resolverá la demanda de la población de Bluefields, se espera que la mayor parte de la población caribeña tenga acceso al vital liquido en la ciudad de los campos azules.
