Tres personas fueron detenidas por las autoridades policiales por ser los presuntos autores del delito de homicidio en la comarca Pueblo Nuevo jurisdicción del municipio de Rosita en el Caribe Norte, informó el comisionado Mayor Roger José Torres Potosme jefe de la delegación policial del Triángulo minero Prinzapolka y Mulukuku.

El jefe policial indico que Yelsin Vicente Marín Murillo, Nervin Javier Ojeda Murillo y Oliver Erasmo Gómez Hernández, fueron detenidos ya que las investigaciones realizadas en el ligar indican que los tres investigados son los presuntos autores del homicidio en contra de Maynor Jarquín Flores, motivados por rencillas.

El comisionado mayor Torres Potosme dijo que el equipo técnico de investigación de la Policía Nacional identificó al fallecido como Maynor Jarquín Flores, 21 años, en el lugar se realizaron diversos actos de investigación entre ellos la inspección y fijación de fotografía en la escena del crimen, recolectó muestras de sangre y vestimenta de la víctima para realizar peritajes.

“Como resultado de las investigaciones policiales, a través de entrevistas, trabajo de campo y criminalística, investigadores policiales identificaron y capturaron a los delincuentes” afirmo Potosme.

El jefe policial aseguro que hay coincidencia de tipo de sangre de víctima Maynor Jarquín Flores, con manchas de sangre recolectadas por la Policía Nacional en la escena del crimen.

El jefe policial dijo que testigos del crimen reconocen a los delincuentes presos Yelsin Vicente Marín Murillo, Nervin Javier Ojeda Murillo y Oliver Erasmo Gómez Hernández, como autores del hecho criminal.

El comisionado Mayor Roger Torres Potosme también informo que en vía pública, barrio Evert Cárcamo, municipio de Estelí, la Policía Nacional capturó a Franklin Ariel Mendoza Blandón, 26 años, circulado por ser el presunto autor del delito de homicidio en perjuicio de José Ramón Reyes Arauz, (q.e.p.d.), hecho cometido el día sábado 9 de noviembre del año 2019, en comunidad Bilwas, municipio de Mulukukú, Región Autónoma Costa caribe Norte.

Three arrested for murder in Rosita

Three people were detained by the police authorities for being the alleged perpetrators of the crime of homicide in the Pueblo Nuevo region, jurisdiction of the municipality of Rosita in the North Caribbean, informed Commissioner Mayor Roger José Torres Potosme, head of the police delegation of the Prinzapolka mining triangle and Mulukuku.
