PGR entrega títulos a pobladores de Siuna

Un total de 147 títulos de propiedad fueron entregados por la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) a los pobladores de Siuna, en el Caribe Norte, lo que favorecerá el tema de la propiedad, ya que en este municipio los habitantes no tienen registradas sus propiedades por falta de títulos.

Ricardo José Hernández, reconoció el esfuerzo que hace el presidente Daniel Ortega y la vicepresidenta Rosario Murillo para que la población del Caribe de Nicaragua pueda tener su título de propiedad y con ello acceder a préstamos en las instituciones financieras.

El agradecimiento a Dios y a las autoridades del Gobierno de Nicaragua, lo expresaron cada uno de los beneficiarios de los títulos de propiedad.

Para Xiomara Méndez recibir su título es un sueño hecho realidad por el Gobierno de Nicaragua, ya que les garantiza que son los dueños de la propiedad y de su vivienda.

Autoridades de la Procuraduría General de la República señalaron en Siuna que el Gobierno del presidente Daniel Ortega y la vicepresidenta Rosario Murillo tienen un programa que asegura la entrega de títulos a las familias.

Marlon Balladares, de la PGR, dijo que los títulos se están entregando en conmemoración al paso de la inmortalidad del General de hombres y mujeres libres Agusto César Sandino.

“Este es un día de felicidad para 147 protagonistas de la ciudad de Siuna hoy estamos entregándoles sus títulos de propiedad que les dará seguridad a sus propiedades”, afirmó Balladares.

PGR delivers titles to residents of Siuna

A total of 147 property titles were delivered by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) to the inhabitants of Siuna, in the North Caribbean, which will favor the issue of property, since in this municipality the inhabitants do not have their properties due to lack of titles.

Authorities of the Attorney General’s Office said in Siuna that the Government of President Daniel Ortega and Vice President Rosario Murillo have a program that ensures the delivery of titles to families.

Marlon Balladares, of the PGR, said the titles are being delivered in commemoration of the passage of the immortality of the free men and women General Agusto César Sandino.

“This is a day of happiness for 147 protagonists of the city of Siuna today we are giving them their property titles that will give them security to their properties,” said Balladares.
