Realizan segunda feria del Saber ISO en Bonanza

Del 10 al 13 y del 16 al 20 de enero, Mineros Nicaragua realiza la segunda feria del Saber ISO, en su campamento de Bonanza Regio Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.

La feria tiene como objetivo principal fortalecer los conocimientos de personal en temas de información de interés, riesgos y medidas, para los diferentes procesos del Sistema de Gestión Integral, que en esta feria también se incluyen otros sectores como los contratistas y públicos de interés.

En la segunda feria del Saber ISO se adora temáticas sobre los procesos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, salud empresarial,, gestión ambiental, gestión humana, jurídico, así como proceso de estrategias donde se desarrollan planes y acciones para el bienestar de todos.

Un aspecto que se comparte en la feria es como se alcanzaron y se mantienen las certificaciones ISO 45001 salud y seguridad del trabajo y la 14001 en gestión ambiental, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos normativos para tomar conciencia que todos hacen posible alcanzar estos logros en equipo.

Hever Avendaño superintendente de procesos y estrategia de HEMCO detallo que la idea es compartir los conocimientos con los colaboradores y grupos de interés de HEMCO, que conozcan los aspectos que se están mejorando en cuanto a salud, seguridad y gestión ambiental, además de hacer visible el aporte que hace cada colaborador de la empresa.

Andrés Fernando meza vicepresidente de operaciones dijo que las dos certificaciones en materia de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente, esos significan un compromiso con los colaboradores, y los grupos de interés, en materia ambiental es la responsabilidad de la empresa con la comunidad.

José Genaro Molina, representante de Mineros Artesanales, dijo que HEMCO ha venido interactuando con los mineros en capacitaciones para mejorar el tema de seguridad.

Por su parte Oscar Eulogio Pedro Rufus coordinador de URACCAN en Bonanza dijo que la feria esta otorgando herramientas que se pueden implementar en la universidad, donde hay población muchas veces creen que es la empresa la que tiene la responsabilidad de la seguridad, pero no es así somo todos los que aportamos en la seguridad para el bienestar de la sociedad.

HEMCO obtuvo las certificaciones ISO 14002 en gestión ambiental y la ISO 45001 en gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, esto eleva el trabajo minero a nivel de exigencia internacional. La feria es una muestra que se sigue trabajando por la mejora continua por el bienestar de todos y todas.

Second ISO Knowledge fair held in Bonanza

From the 10th to the 13th and from the 16th to the 20th of January, Mineros Nicaragua holds the second ISO Knowledge Fair, at its Bonanza Regio Autónoma camp on the North Caribbean Coast.

The main objective of the fair is to strengthen the knowledge of personnel in information topics of interest, risks and measures, for the different processes of the Integral Management System, which in this fair also include other sectors such as contractors and stakeholders.

In the second Fair of Knowledge ISO, themes on occupational health and safety processes, business health, environmental management, human and legal management are adored, as well as the strategy process where plans and actions are developed for the well-being of all.

One aspect that is shared at the fair is how the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety and 14001 certifications in environmental management were achieved and maintained, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements to become aware that everyone makes it possible to achieve these achievements in team.

Hever Avendaño, HEMCO’s superintendent of processes and strategy, explained that the idea is to share knowledge with HEMCO’s collaborators and stakeholders, who are aware of the aspects that are being improved in terms of health, safety and environmental management, in addition to making the contribution made by each employee of the company.

For his part, Oscar Eulogio Pedro Rufus, coordinator of URACCAN in Bonanza, said that the fair is providing tools that can be implemented in the university, where there is a population, many times they believe that it is the company that has the responsibility for security, but this is not the case. We are all of us who contribute to security for the well-being of society.

HEMCO obtained the ISO 14002 certifications in environmental management and ISO 45001 in occupational health and safety management, this raises mining work to the level of international demand. The fair is a sample that continues to work for continuous improvement for the well-being of all.
