Un muerto y un desaparecido en naufragio en Laguna de Perlas
Una personas muerte y un desaparecido es el resultado de un naufragio ocurrido la tarde de este domingo en una lancha que regresaba con turistas de los cayos Perlas hacia laguna de Perlas en la región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Sur.
12 personas iban a bordo de la pancha, ellos regresaban de los Cayos Perlas hacia Laguna de Perlas en un viaje de turismo, 10 de ellos eran turistas, el capitán y el ayudante.
Una hora después de salir de los Cayos perlas y se acercaban a la comunidad Set Net Point los afectó un mal tiempo, y provocó el hundimiento de la lancha de nombre G&L propiedad de Carlos Pérez Rodríguez pero conducida por el capitán Sr. Carlos Salamanca más conocido como «zapatero».
Tras el incidente, Carlos José Zavala Espinoza de 62 años y originario de Managua (turista), sufrió aparentemente un paro cardíaco y falleció minutos después.
En tanto las demás personas lograron salvarse, a excepción de David José Zavala Morales de 37 años (hijo del fallecido), quien aún es buscado por la Fuerza Naval Caribe del Ejército de Nicaragua.
One dead and one missing in a shipwreck in Laguna de Perlas
One person killed and one missing is the result of a shipwreck that occurred this Sunday afternoon in a boat that was returning with tourists from the Perlas keys to the Pearl Lagoon in the Autonomous region of the South Caribbean Coast.
12 people were on board the pancha, they were returning from the Perlas Cays to the Pearl Lagoon on a tourism trip, 10 of them were tourists, the captain and the helper.
An hour after leaving the Pearl Keys and approaching the Set Net Point community, bad weather affected them, and caused the sinking of the boat named G&L owned by Carlos Pérez Rodríguez but driven by the better known captain Mr. Carlos Salamanca. as a «shoemaker».
After the incident, Carlos José Zavala Espinoza, 62, from Managua (a tourist), apparently suffered a cardiac arrest and died minutes later.
Meanwhile, the other people managed to save themselves, with the exception of David José Zavala Morales, 37 (the deceased’s son), who is still wanted by the Caribbean Naval Force of the Nicaraguan Army.
