Iglesia Católica llama a no polarizacion en este año electoral
La Iglesia Católica llamo este domingo de resurrección a evitar la polarización política a causa de las elecciones generales que se realizarán en noviembre del 2021 en Nicaragua.
El rector de la catedral protempore de la Diocesis de Siuna y párroco de la Iglesia Católica de Siuna, sacerdote Carlos Zuniga Soto, hizo el llamado durante la homilía dominical en la misa de resurrección en la catedral protempore nuestro señor de Esquipulas de Siuna.
El religioso durante la homilía dijo que “es un año de desafíos, donde debe de brillar eso que expresamos anoche era lindo ver como estaba el templo, pero atipurrado de gente, esa unidad y ese espíritu fraterno de amor prevalezca mis hermanos, que no nos divida la política, superemos ese problema de la polarización y tratemos de vernos como hermanos y en ese sentido Jesucristo lo hace posible y con el ´podemos superar cualquier barrera” afirmo el párroco.
El Monseñor Pablo Schmitz Administrado Apostólico de la Diocesis de Siuna, hizo una llamado a protegernos del COVID 19 a tomar las medidas de prevención ya que en otros países el virus sigue causando muertes y dolor a las familias.
Monseñor Pablo Schmitz acompaño a la población católica de Siuna en las festividades de la Semana Santa en la catedral protempore de la Diocesis de Siuna, donde presidio la Eucaristía durante toda la Semana Mayor.
El padre Carlos Zuniga se refirió al llamado del Monseñor Pablo que estaba preocupado por la cantidad de feligreses que asistieron a las festividades de la Semana Mayor en la catedral protempore Nuestro Señor de Esquipulas de Siuna, pero por otro lado dijo están regocijados porque cada día la fe católica se va fortaleciendo en Siuna.
“Siuna sigue siendo Católica y Dios ha de querer que siga cultivándose esos valores, que Siuna siga adelante siempre con la mirada puesta en el señor resucitado, y que Siuna se siga transformando no solamente en la gran ciudad que se esta haciendo, pero ojala que Siuna no sea importante no solo por el crecimiento demográfico y poblacional, sino por su expresión de fe, por su amor porque aquí vivimos a Jesucristo resucitado, y porque estamos dispuesto a dar testimonio por él, que Siuna brille con una fe autentica que Siuna brille por una fe sincera, que Siuna brille por una fe testimonial que haga que otros también quieran seguir a Cristo” afirmó Zuniga Soto.
Catholic Church calls for non-confrontation in this election year

Monsignor Pablo Schmitz Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Siuna, made a call to protect ourselves from COVID 19 to take prevention measures since in other countries the virus continues to cause deaths and pain to families.
