La Costa Caribe barrio hoy en Rosita a los Tigres de Chinandega en el tercer juego de la serie doblegaron a los chinandeganos con marcador de 9×4 en el estadio Jhony Plenn Herrington de Bonanza en el Caribe Norte.

Una producción de 14 imparables la Costa Caribe produjo nueve carreras y Chinandega con nueve cañonazos lograron producir cuatro carreras y no pudieron evitar la barrida de la Costa Caribe que se va de Rosita en la segunda posición del campeonato nacional comandante German Pomares Ordoñez junto a los indios del bóer y en primer lugar esta Estelí.

En el juego de hoy con un imparable ante el abridor de la Costa Caribe Danilo Crobeto, Jimmy Gonzáles se convirtió en el pelotero número 12 del club de bateadores con 1,500 o más imparables de por vida en nuestro Béisbol de Primera División.

Con 41 años y 24 temporadas en su carrera que inició en 1995 con Granada, González se convirtió en el primer chontaleño en formar parte de este selecto grupo y se encargó además en desplazar a Pablo Juárez [1,500] al conectar su imparable 1,501 en el mismo encuentro de hoy domingo

Jinotega remonto y logra ganar la serie a los indios del Bóer, los cafeteros de Carazo lograron su primera victoria, pero perdieron su serie frente a los Dantos del Ejercito de Nicaragua, Estelí gano la serie a Masaya y Matagalpa a Chontales 2-1.

La próxima semana el conjunto de la Costa Caribe parte hacia Bonanza donde recibirán al equipo del San Fernando de Masaya.

Costa Caribe sweeps Chinandega and second with Bóer
