Nueve personas caen en el Triángulo Minero por diversos delitos

Un total de nueve personas están tras las rejas luego que fueron investigados y documentados por especialistas de auxilio judicial, los expedientes por la presunta comisión de delitos ligados a homicidios, robos con intimidación, robo con fuerza, abastecimiento de drogas y violación, en los municipios del Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukuku, en la región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.

El comisionado Mayor Víctor Leonel Huerta Gonzales jefe de la delegación policial de la región explico que a los detenidos se les ocuparon como evidencias de sus delitos ½ libra de marihuana y 92.6 gramos de piedras de crack que serán presentados ante los tribunales correspondientes.

El jefe policial detallo que en Rosita fue capturado Eduardo medina Villareyna, quien presuntamente cometió el delito de homicidio en perjuicio de Filemón Chávez Dimas (q.e.p.d), a quien agredió con arma cortopunzante (cuchillo), provocándole la muerte, delito cometido ayer martes 6 de junio del año 2023, en municipio Rosita por rencillas personales.

En Siuna fue capturado Boanerges Suarez Dávila, por el delito de homicidio en perjuicio de Wilmer Antonio Castilblanco Estrada (q.e.p.d), a quien agredió con arma cortopunzante (machete), delito cometido el día lunes 21 de febrero del año 2022, en la comunidad de San Juan Yaoya, por rencilla personales.

El Comisionado Mayor Huerta Gonzales detallo que fue capturado en Rosita Franklin Ramón Ojeda Picado, por ser el presunto autor del delito de Robo con intimidación o asalto delito cometido presuntamente a personas identificada con las iniciales P.A.R.L., a quien despojó de teléfono celular y dinero.

El jefe policial del departamento también explico que en Bonanza fue detenido por ser el presunto autor de Robo con fuerza Jefri Solís Wayasin, delito cometido en perjuicio de personas identificadas con iniciales S.M.M.A. y J.J.A.V., a quienes les sustrajeron enceres y cables eléctricos.

Hayworth Bendlis y Yolanda Lennon Richard, fueron capturados por ser presunto autores del delito de abastecimiento de drogas, en Rosita donde les ocuparon 92.6 gramos de piedras de crack.

En Prinzapolka fue detenido Remigio Valle García, por abastecimiento de droga y violación, delito de violación en perjuicio de persona identificada con iniciales I.Y.T.M, en la comunidad Silibila, así mismo se le ocuparon ½ libra de marihuana.

La jefatura policial detallo que fueron capturados Delvin Antonio Martínez Treminio y José Luis Herrera Vivas en Siuna por el delito de violación.

Nine people fall into the mining triangle for various crimes

A total of nine people are behind bars after they were investigated and documented by legal aid specialists, the files for the alleged commission of crimes linked to homicides, robberies with intimidation, robbery with force, drug supply and rape, in the municipalities of the Mining Triangle, Prinzapolka and Mulukuku, in the Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast.

Senior Commissioner Huerta Gonzales explained that Ramón Ojeda Picado was captured in Rosita Franklin, for being the alleged perpetrator of the crime of Robbery with intimidation or assault, a crime allegedly committed against persons identified with the initials P.A.R.L., from whom he deprived of a cell phone and money.

The police chief of the department also explained that in Bonanza he was arrested for being the alleged perpetrator of Robbery with force Jefri Solís Wayasin, a crime committed to the detriment of people identified with the initials S.M.M.A. and J.J.A.V., who were robbed of waxes and electrical cables.
