Lluvias post Bonnie deja un muerto en Siuna y crecida de ríos

El paso de la tormenta Bonnie ha dejado caer lluvias en la región del Triángulo Minero causando crecida de ríos y causes en Rosita, Bonanza y Siuna en este último se reporta una persona fallecida.

De acuerdo a información preliminar se maneja que un bus que cubre la ruta Labu Siuna con todo y pasajeros intento cruzar el rio de Aló Bethel cuando fue arrastrado por las fuertes corrientes, donde pereció Según información proporcionada, Juan Carlos Alemán Mendoza, quien se ahogó cuando intentaba ayudar a las personas que quedaron atrapadas por las corrientes dentro del bus.

Xiomara Canales, dueña del bus confirmo a Tn8 que todo fue un accidente porque delante del bus paso una camioneta, lo que paso fue que cuando ya iba pasando al otro lado del rio se vino una correntada fuerte y eso provoco que se arrastrara al bus y dentro quedo atrapado el pasajero Juan Carlos Alemán Mendoza.

“Ya todos los pasajeros están a salvo, claro hay algunos golpeados, pero ya todos lograron salir “confirmo la dueña del bus.

Las autoridades de los bomberos, la Policía y El Ejercito de Nicaragua se movilizaron a la zona para atender la emergencia provocada por el accidente.

En Bonanza producto de las lluvias se anego el sector del mercado municipal las calles se convirtieron en ríos, lo mismo se vivió en Rosita donde las lluvias provocaron anegación en las principales calles, producto de la acumulación de basura en los causes.

El río Siuna que pasa por la ciudad, se creció provocando anegaciones en el puente que se rebalsó y afecto la circulación por algunas horas, en el barrio Gilberto Romero se presentaron algunos deslaves leves que provocaron afectación en la vía, pero fue atendido de inmediato por las autoridades.

El responsable de la gestión del riesgo en Siuna Mario Pérez, dijo que se esta monitoreando los diferentes puntos críticos para atender de forma inmediata a la población que esta bien informada de la situación de las lluvias.

Las recomendaciones a la población es no salir de sus hogares y mantener informados, si hay un rio y esta lleno mejor esperar que baje y no arriesgarse a cruzarlo.
