Gobierno entrega títulos de propiedad a familias de Siuna
Un total de 104 títulos de propiedad se entregaron a igual número de protagonistas de los diferentes barrios de Siuna por la Juventud Sandinista 19 de Julio y la promotoría Solidaria que ayudan a la Procuraduría General de la República en la entrega d los títulos en Siuna, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte,
Juan José Lazo Gonzales protagonista del barrio sol de libertad de Siuna, dijo que esta gozoso por que el Gobierno está haciendo mucho por el pueblo de Nicaragua.
“Le agradezco a Dios, a ustedes también a nuestro Gobierno, que se ha preocupado por nosotros, yo no lo había esto de la entrega de títulos hasta ahora y gracias a Dios por eso” afirmo Lazo Gonzales.
Por su parte la protagonista Yolanda Mendoza Guido le dio gracias a Dios y al Gobierno que le ha permitido llegar a entregarle hasta su casa el titulo de su propiedad en Siuna.
La protagonista destaco que el titulo no solo le sirve para tener una base jurídica de su propiedad, sino que también ahora le sirve como garantía ara sacar un préstamo en el sistema financiero.
Alma Rodríguez otra de las protagonistas de Siuna dijo que sino tuviera este titulo que fue entregado de forma gratuito, ella tendría que pagar abogados y eso es caro, pero el Gobierno se lo ha entregado de forma gratuito y por ello agradece al Gobierno de Nicaragua.
Esta semana se inicio la entrega de 104 títulos de propiedad en Siuna, en los barrios Gilberto Romero San pablo Luis Delgadillo y Sol de Libertad.
Durante el año 2021 en Triangulo Minero la Procuraduría General de la Republica han emitido un mil 704 documento de propiedad de los cuales un mil 126 corresponden a títulos en Siuna y 578 en el municipio de Rosita.
Government gives property titles to Siuna families
A total of 104 property titles were delivered to the same number of protagonists from the different neighborhoods of Siuna by the Sandinista Youth 19 de Julio and the Solidarity promoter that help the Attorney General’s Office in the delivery of the titles in Siuna, Region Autonomous of the North Caribbean Coast,
Juan José Lazo Gonzales, protagonist of the neighborhood of Sol de Libertad in Siuna, said that he is happy because the Government is doing a lot for the people of Nicaragua.
«I thank God, you also our Government, which has been concerned about us, I had not this of the delivery of titles until now and thank God for that,» affirmed Lazo Gonzales.
For her part, the protagonist Yolanda Mendoza Guido thanked God and the Government that has allowed her to deliver the title to her property in Siuna to her house.
The protagonist stressed that the title not only serves to have a legal basis for her property, but also now serves as a guarantee to take out a loan in the financial system.
Alma Rodríguez, another of Siuna’s protagonists, said that if she did not have this title, which was given free of charge, she would have to pay lawyers and that is expensive, but the Government has given it to her for free and for that she thanks the Government of Nicaragua.
This week the delivery of 104 property titles began in Siuna, in the Gilberto Romero San Pablo Luis Delgadillo and Sol de Libertad neighborhoods.
