Autoridades del Distrito Naval del Caribe, ocuparon 83 libra de pepino del mar durante el registro que se le hace de forma rutinaria a las embarcaciones que atracan al muelle de Bilwi en la embarcación Levely Kimberly, en el Caribe Norte de Nicaragua.

El registro se realizó este jueves 17 de octubre del año en curso, donde fueron encontrados 54.5 libras de pepino de la especie café y 28.5 de la especie Molongo, las cuales se encuentran en periodo de veda y es prohibida su pesca para garantizar su reproducción.

En un comunicado las autoridades dieron a conocer que el producto fue entregado a las autoridades correspondientes.

83 pound sea cucumber seized in Bilwi

Authorities of the Naval District of the Caribbean, occupied 83 pounds of sea cucumber during the registration that is routinely done to the vessels that dock at the Bilwi dock on the Levely Kimberly vessel, in the Northern Caribbean of Nicaragua.

The registration was made on Thursday, October 17 of the current year, where 54.5 pounds of cucumber of the brown species and 28.5 of the Molongo species were found, which are in a closed period and their fishing is prohibited to guarantee their reproduction.

In a statement, the authorities announced that the product was delivered to the corresponding authorities.
