Un matadero nuevo para un pueblo que se merece lo mejor en Siuna

Autoridades del Gobierno de Nicaragua en articulación con el Gobierno Municipal de Siuna inauguraron en Siuna el nuevo matadero que cuenta con las condiciones higiénico sanitarias que se merece la población de Siuna, en la región Autónoma de la Costa caribe Norte.

Con una inversión de 861 mil 907 córdobas el Gobierno que presidente el comisionado mayor en retiro Otilio Duarte Herrera hizo que el rastro municipal, sea de lujo para que la carne que llega a los hogares suineños llegue con la calidad que este pueblo se merece.

Otilio Duarte Herrera, dijo que la población pidió que se hicieran estas mejoras en el rastro municipal, ya que había muchas dificultades para el destace de los animales.

“Hoy tenemos mejores condiciones una carne más limpia, esto no solo favorece a los destazadores, sino que también a los consumidores”, afirmó el alcalde.

El alcalde dijo que se han inaugurado mas de 60 proyectos de desarrollo en Siuna entre ellos: carreteras, puestos de salud, calles, la casa de cultura, entre otros.

Así mismo el secretario político municipal del FSLNB en Siuna, Dr. Noel Espinoza, dijo que el matadero tiene todas las condiciones higiénicas sanitarias que antes no se tenía.

Ahora gracias a todo el esfuerzo hecho por el Gobierno de Nicaragua y el Gobierno local es posible que el pueblo pueda consumir carne con calidad.

Aurelio Chavarría, presidente de los destazadores de res en Siuna dijo que desde el año 2005 no le habían dado mantenimiento al rastro, y por eso agradeció al Gobierno Municipal por este esfuerzo.

 “Les agradecemos por esta importante obra, porque así le daremos un mejor servicio a la comunidad, tiene agua suficiente, pilas, entre otras cosas, para brindar carne de calidad a la población, es por eso que tenemos que trabajar de la mano porque solo así se puede salir adelante” afirmó Chavarría.

Eugenio Flores, de la Asociación de Ganaderos de Siuna, agradeció a las autoridades municipales, porque como Asociación de Ganaderos están vinculados con los destazadores.

“Le agradecemos al alcalde por tomar en cuenta a los ganaderos y destazadores ya que le hicimos la solicitud y nos dio respuesta positiva e inmediata, ya que era necesario porque la población debe consumir carne de calidad y el matadero no tenía las condiciones”, afirmó Flores.

A new slaughterhouse for a town that deserves the best in Siuna

The mayor said that more than 60 development projects have been inaugurated in Siuna among them: roads, health posts, streets, the house of culture, among others.

Likewise, the municipal political secretary of the FSLNB in ​​Siuna, Dr. Noel Espinoza, said that the slaughterhouse has all the hygienic sanitary conditions that were not previously available.

Now, thanks to all the efforts made by the Government of Nicaragua and the local Government, it is possible that the people can consume quality meat.

Aurelio Chavarría, president of the beef cutters in Siuna said that since 2005 they had not maintained the slaughterhouse, and for that he thanked the Municipal Government for this effort.

 “We thank you for this important work, because in this way we will give a better service to the community, it has enough water, batteries, among other things, to provide quality meat to the population, that is why we have to work hand in hand because only so we can get ahead, ”said Chavarría.

Eugenio Flores, from the Siuna Cattlemen’s Association, thanked the municipal authorities, because as the Cattlemen’s Association they are linked to the butchers.

«We thank the mayor for taking the ranchers and butchers into account since we made the request and he gave us a positive and immediate response, since it was necessary because the population must consume quality meat and the slaughterhouse did not have the conditions,» he said. Flowers.
