Congreso de innovación con jóvenes del Triángulo Minero que vencieron el miedo

Jóvenes emprendedores de Bonanza, Rosita, Siuna, Mulukuku y Paiwas, participaron del congreso departamental de innovación, donde jóvenes emprendedores compartieron sus experiencias exitosas de emprendimientos como panaderías, talleres de madera, pastelerías, pedicurista, que tuvieron que vencer el miedo y lanzarse a los emprendimientos creativos.

El miedo fue uno de los principales retos que las y los jóvenes emprendedores de la región tuvieron que vencer para que sus proyectos y emprendimientos tuvieran el éxito que han cosechado a lo largo de muchos años.

Tal es el caso de Gladys Cabrera de Siuna, se ha dedicado a fortalecer su emprendiendo de belleza especializado en las uñas, ella cuenta que nada es fácil, ella aun recuerda que los diseños en las uñas las hacia al inicio de carrera con agujas, y sus diseños los llevan a dibujado en una hoja de cartón, y se iba de casa en casa promoviendo su trabajo.

Hoy Gledys Cabrera es una joven que ha logarlo salir adelante, tiene su propio negocio y gracias al Gobierno Sandinista el programa Usura Cero, ha sido de gran bendición por que lleva mas de 15 créditos con el cual ha fortalecido su negocio.

“Me ha tocado innovar de muchas maneras, una de ellas han sido incursionar a las escuelas de oficios donde con las estudiantes se garantizan los materiales y ahora cuenta con equipo de trabajo para mejorar el servicio a los clientes.

La joven Karina Jarquín, de mueblería Jarquín, fundada ´por su padre Francisco Jarquín, donde se elaboran diferentes tipos de muebles, una mesa que llevaron de muestra se pudo aprecia un acabado perfecto, pero se utilizó pedazos de maderas y de esa manera se puede utilizar hasta los desperdicios.

Por su parte Yucdeli del Carmen López es una joven que llegó de San pedro del Norte en Paiwas y se dedica a la elaboración de pasteles, que se diversifica con los sabores.

Ella es maestra y cree que su mayor reto ha sido vencer el tiempo y tuvo que pedir cambio de modalidad de regular a sabatino para poder atender a su clientela, un emprendimiento que le permite general mas recursos que su plaza como docente.

Milder Rojas coordinador de la Juventud Sandinista en el Triángulo Minero dijo que este congreso es importante por que se habal del dinamismo económico y de desarrollo con jóvenes del departamento lo que dice muy bien del Gobierno sandinista que viene aplicando políticas públicas que incluyen a los jóvenes.

Por su parte Joel Montenegro lanzas coordinador de encomia creativa en el Triángulo Miento dijo que este congreso de jóvenes y la industria creativa, con esto estamos celebrando el trabajo del Gobierno en la lucha contra la pobreza.
