Batallón Ecológico Bosawás ocupan plantas de marihuana en Prinzapolka
Miembros del Batallón Ecológico Bosawás, en la octava región militar, realizaron la ocupación de un plantillo de marihuana y la captura de una persona presuntamente vinculada a la producción de marihuana en la comunidad del Naranjal jurisdicción de Prinzapolka en la Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.
En un comunicado oficial emitido por Relaciones Publicas del Ejercito de Nicaragua las autoridades castrenses dieron a conocer que el 9 de octubre del año en curso en cumplimiento a la Estrategia de Estado Muro de Contención, por medio de un operativo del Batallón Ecológico Bosawás incautaron en la comunidad del Naranjal 616 plantas de marihuana.
Las autoridades militares informaron que las plantas del alucinógeno tenían 1.5 metros de altura y estaban sembradas en un área montañosa, así mismo ocuparon 1.5 libras de marihuana procesada lista para su comercialización y 6 onzas de semilla.
En la operación militar de la incautación, se retuvo al ciudadano nicaragüense Osmar Úbeda Zelaya de 30 años, el que se dedicaba al cuido y mantenimiento de la misma. El retenido, las plantas, la droga y semillas fueron entregados a las autoridades correspondientes.
La nota militar indica que, durante el servicio operativo, se cumplieron con las medidas de protección orientadas por el Ministerio de Salud (MINSA), para prevenir el contagio de la COVID-19.
El Batallón Ecológico Bosawás, viene realizando acciones puntuales en la protección y defensa de las áreas protegidos, sobre todo en la reserva biológica Bosawás, el parque Nacional cerro Saslaya, reserva Banacruz, reserva Cola Blanca entre otras, que son una prioridad para el Gobierno de Reconciliación y unidad Nacional.
Por otro lado, en la octava región militar se continúa trabajando en el plan de seguridad en el campo, así como en la ´protección de objetivos económicos, en el traslado de valores, y el combate a la delincuencia organizada.
Bosawás Ecological Battalion occupy marijuana plants in Prinzapolka
Members of the Bosawás Ecological Battalion, in the eighth military region, carried out the occupation of a marijuana plant and the capture of a person allegedly linked to the production of marijuana in the community of Naranjal jurisdiction of Prinzapolka in the Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast .
In an official statement issued by Public Relations of the Nicaraguan Army, the military authorities announced that on October 9 of this year, in compliance with the State Strategy for the Retaining Wall, through an operation by the Bosawás Ecological Battalion, they seized the Naranjal community 616 marijuana plants.
The military authorities reported that the hallucinogen plants were 1.5 meters high and were planted in a mountainous area, and they also occupied 1.5 pounds of processed marijuana ready for commercialization and 6 ounces of seed.
In the military seizure operation, 30-year-old Nicaraguan citizen Osmar Úbeda Zelaya, who was dedicated to its care and maintenance, was detained. The detainee, the plants, the drugs and seeds were handed over to the corresponding authorities.
The military note indicates that, during the operational service, the protective measures directed by the Ministry of Health (MINSA) were complied with to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The Bosawás Ecological Battalion has been carrying out specific actions in the protection and defense of protected areas, especially in the Bosawás biological reserve, the Cerro Saslaya National Park, Banacruz reserve, Cola Blanca reserve among others, which are a priority for the Government of Reconciliation and National unity.
On the other hand, in the eighth military region, work continues on the security plan in the field, as well as on the protection of economic objectives, the transfer of values, and the fight against organized crime.
