Sigue fortaleciéndose la tormenta Iota en el Caribe con vientos de 95 km/h
El INETER actualiza las condiciones de la Tormenta Tropical “IOTA” a la hora de corte (03 pm del 14 de nov):
La tormenta Iota se localiza a unos 752 km al Este / Sur-Este de Bilwi, y a unos 750 Km al Este / Sur-Este de Cabo Gracias a Dios. Mantiene un desplazamiento lento en dirección Oeste / Sur-Oeste, a unos 11 kmh (incrementó en 4 kmh); se espera en el resto del día aumente más su velocidad de traslación y cambie su trayectoria Oeste / Nor-Oeste.
El reporte del INTER indica que os vientos máximos sostenidos incrementaron a 95 kmh (aumentaron en 15 kmh).
El Centro Nacional de Huracanes mantiene su pronóstico de fortalecimiento, con probabilidades de alcanzar categoría de Huracán Intenso.
Con la información del modelo del Centro Nacional de Huracanes se prevé que probablemente, el lunes por la tarde o la noche, se aproxime a tierra entre el Nor-Este de Nicaragua y el Sur de Honduras, con una categoría probable de Huracán Intenso, sin embargo, por su distancia esto todavía presenta imprecisiones.
