Bonanza gana concurso de gastronomía navideña y va por el certamen nacional
Con un filete de pollo horneado con relleno y tocino, Anielka Alvarado, de Bonanza gano el primer lugar en el concurso festival gastronómico departamental sabores y tradiciones familiares navideñas, que se realiza de forma consecutiva durante 14 años, impulsado por el Gobierno de Nicaragua.
En un ambiente de cultura y alegría se desarrolló este concurso done participaron cuatro municipios, ellos fueron Siuna, Rosita, Prinzapolka y el anfitrión Bonanza, que se llevó el primer lugar.
Los concursantes llevaron todo para adornar sus establecimientos donde presentaron cada uno sus deliciosos platillos.
Después que un jurado calificador paso por cada uno de los lugares donde los concursantes expusieron sus platillos, ellos decidieron que el tercer lugar se lo llevo Siuna con un estofado de cerdo, que fue llevado por Glenda Vigil, el segundo lugar fue para el, municipio de Rosita que llevo la gallina rellena y presentado por Elcenia Rivas y el primer lugar Anielka Alvarado.
Guillermo Antonio ríos Palacios subdelegado del Instituto Nicaragüense de Turismo INTUR, dijo que este concurso tiene la finalidad de promover toda la gastronomía caribeña en la región para que se mantengan las tradiciones culturales y gastronómicas de nuestros pueblos del Caribe.
Así mismo señalo que la ganadora de este certamen departamental, será la que representara al departamento minero en el certamen nacional que se va a realizar el 17 de diciembre en Granada.
Por su parte la ganadora Anielka Alvarado, muy emocionada dijo que ahora se preparan con mayor conocimiento y la experiencia acumulada desde los concursos municipales y departamentales para hacer un buen papel en el certamen nacional.
“Estamos trabajando desde ya con todo el equipo y la experiencia acumulada para dar lo mejor en ese concurso nacional y estamos seguros que remos un buen papel y vamos a representar dignamente al departamento, pero también a mi municipio de Bonanza” afirmo la ganadora del concurso.
Bonanza wins Christmas gastronomy contest and goes for the national contest
With a baked chicken fillet with stuffing and bacon, Anielka Alvarado, from Bonanza, won first place in the Christmas flavors and family traditions departmental gastronomic festival contest, which has been held consecutively for 14 years, promoted by the Government of Nicaragua.
In an atmosphere of culture and joy, this contest was developed where four municipalities participated, they were Siuna, Rosita, Prinzapolka and the host Bonanza, which took first place.
The contestants brought everything to decorate their establishments where they each presented their delicious dishes.
After a qualifying jury went through each of the places where the contestants exhibited their dishes, they decided that the third place went to Siuna with a pork stew, which was brought by Glenda Vigil, the second place went to the municipality of Rosita that I carry the stuffed chicken and presented by Elcenia Rivas and the first place Anielka Alvarado.
Guillermo Antonio Ríos Palacios, subdelegate of the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism INTUR, said that this contest has the purpose of promoting all Caribbean gastronomy in the region so that the cultural and gastronomic traditions of our Caribbean peoples are maintained.
I also point out that the winner of this departmental contest will be the one that will represent the mining department in the national contest that will be held on December 17 in Granada.
For her part, the winner Anielka Alvarado, very excited, said that now they are preparing with greater knowledge and the experience accumulated from the municipal and departmental contests to play a good role in the national contest.
«We are working from now on with the whole team and the accumulated experience to give the best in this national contest and we are sure that we will do a good job and we will represent the department with dignity, but also my municipality of Bonanza» affirmed the winner of the contest .
