Conductor y dueño del bus acusados por accidente en macera que dejó muertos y heridos 

El caso del dantesco accidente del bus que viajaba de Waslala hacia Matagalpa, donde perdieron la vida 20 personas y más de 30 resultaron lesionados, continúa dejando precedentes.

En primer lugar, por la forma como las personas perdieron la vida y la cantidad de lesionados, ahora también por primera vez en la historia en el departamento de Matagalpa se acusa no solo al conductor sino también al dueño de la unidad.

La mañana de este viernes llegaron a los juzgados matagalpinos, los acusados por el accidente en el Puente Mancera, en Rancho Grande, el pasado 23 de diciembre, para dar inicio a la audiencia preliminar.

La fiscalía presentó la acusación en contra de Douglas Otoniel Orozco Cruz, de 44 años de edad, conductor de la unidad de transporte colectivo y a Luis Martin Chavarías López dueño del bus, ambos son acusados de coautores de homicidio dolo eventual y homicidio en grado de frustrado.

Al conductor Orozco Cruz además de los delitos antes mencionados, también se le acusa de exposición y abandono de persona, esto debido a que al darse el accidente este se dio a la fuga.

A la 10:50 minutos de la mañana de este último viernes del año, ingresaron a una de las salas de los juzgados en Matagalpa, a la espera del inicio de un proceso judicial donde se van a presentar pruebas de peritos, testimoniales y otras indagaciones que han realizado las autoridades de primera respuesta.

Se espera que el juez a cargo del caso, envíe a juicio oral y público a las dos personas.

En una nota de prensa, el Ministerio de Salud, SILAIS Matagalpa, dio a conocer un informe de los fallecidos en el accidente de tránsito ocurrido.

Driver and owner of the bus accused of accident in macera that left people dead and injured
