Tragedia en el Alto Wangki y Bocay

Tres personas fallecieron tras un accidente acuático en el rio coco o Wangki, luego que unas 30 personas regresaban de una actividad de la iglesia morava en San Juan y se dirigían a la comunidad de Inipuwas donde se dio el percance a las once de la noche.

De acuerdo a fuentes oficiales indican que el accidente se registró debido a que se cargó mucha gente en la proa ya que fue por allí donde comenzó a entrar el agua, lo que provoco que los pasajeros comenzaron a lanzarse al agua, lo que provoco el desequilibrio en la embarcación, que se dio vuelta, dejando el saldo de tres muertos, dos cuerpos ya fueron recurados y uno aún se está buscando.

Las autoridades del Alto Wangki y Bocay están consternados por este hecho que se da por primera vez, en esta zona, donde no se había presentado este tipo de accidentes.

Los fallecido encontrado fueron identificados como Delfina Jailan Salgado de 65 años y la niña Gristel Rachel Cornejo Zelaya de 13 años, mientras el niñito que aún se encuentra en calidad de desaparecido fue identificado como Isamir Smith Pantin de 10 años.

Un equipo policial al mando del capitán Lester Castiblanco, se movilizó de San Andrés de Bocay hacia las zonas del accidente para conocer insitu los detalles del accidente.

Los comunitarios siguen la intensa jornada de búsqueda del cuerpo del niño Isamir Smith Pantin, cuyo cuerpo aun no lo han podido encontrar.
