Realizan plantón contra un juez frente al complejo judicial de Siuna

Un grupo de familiares y amigos de Darell Centeno Martínez, realizaron un plantón frente al complejo judicial para exigir justicia y demandar la destitución del juez de distrito penal de adolescentes de Siuna, Felipe Úbeda Prudo.

“No estamos haciendo este plantón contra el Gobierno porque todos somos sandinistas, no somos puchitos ni opositores, pero venimos a exigir que se haga justicia a Darell Centeno Martínez” decían los familiares de Darell quien por fallo judicial fue encontrado culpable del delito de violación sexual contra una menor de 14 años.

Fuentes ligadas al proceso penal que se llevo en contra de Darrel Centeno, señalaron a Sistema de Noticias del Caribe que la menor llego a testificar y a identificar al acusado como la persona que abusó de ella.

La fuente consultada por Sistema de Noticias del Caribe indicó que médico forense llegó a testificar y su relato coincide con el relato de la niña en el proceso judicial.  

En el proceso también declaró el acusado quien llego alegó que todo es un montaje en su contra por que hay una separación de por medio y por ello la mama de la niña se está vengando de él de esa forma.

Las pruebas que fueron evacuados durante el proceso penal en contra del acusado Darell Centeno Martínez, llevaron al judicial Felipe Úbeda Prudo a emitir un fallo de culpabilidad a Darrel Centeno Martínez, por el delito de violación sexual a menor de 14 años ya que cuando comenzaron los hechos la niña tenía 12 años.

El fallo fue emitido este miércoles 26 de mayo a la 4:00 pm lo que ha provocado la indignación de los familiares y amigos de Darell Centeno Martínez.

Por ello realizaron un plantón la tarde de este jueves 27 de mayo del 2021 frente al complejo judicial de Siuna, donde llevaron pancartas y gritando consignas en contra del judicial Felipe Úbeda Prudo.

En el plantón demandaron justicia y señalaron a Felipe de ser un juez corrupto, por lo que pidieron que se haga una investigación profunda porque lo llegaron a señalar como el juez de los 100 mil por ser la suma que presuntamente cobra en sus fallos y que además tienen pruebas para demostrarlo.

A group of relatives and friends of Darell Centeno Martínez, held a sit-in in front of the judicial complex to demand justice and demand the dismissal of the Siuna adolescent criminal district judge, Felipe Úbeda Prudo.

«We are not holding this sit-in against the government because we are all Sandinistas, we are not puchitos or opponents, but we come to demand that justice be done to Darell Centeno Martínez,» said the relatives of Darell, who by court ruling was found guilty of the crime of rape against a minor under 14 years of age.

Sources linked to the criminal proceeding against Darrel Centeno told Sistema de Noticias del Caribe that the minor came to testify and identify the accused as the person who abused her.

The source consulted by Sistema de Noticias del Caribe indicated that a forensic doctor came to testify and his account coincides with the account of the girl in the judicial process.

In the process, the defendant also declared who arrived alleged that everything is a set up against him because there is a separation involved and therefore the girl’s mother is taking revenge on him in this way.

The evidence that was evacuated during the criminal proceedings against the defendant Darell Centeno Martínez, led the judicial Felipe Úbeda Prudo to issue a guilty verdict on Darrel Centeno Martínez, for the crime of rape of a minor under 14 years of age, since when the facts the girl was 12 years old.

The ruling was issued this Wednesday, May 26 at 4:00 pm, which has caused the indignation of the family and friends of Darell Centeno Martínez.

For this reason, they held a sit-in on the afternoon of this Thursday, May 27, 2021 in front of the Siuna judicial complex, where they carried banners and shouted slogans against the judicial Felipe Úbeda Prudo.

At the sit-in they demanded justice and pointed out that Felipe was a corrupt judge, for which they asked that a thorough investigation be carried out because they came to point him out as the judge of 100,000 for being the sum that he allegedly charges in his rulings and that also they have evidence to prove it.
