Demandan mejorar servicio de transporte Bilwi-Managua

 

Pasajeros de Puerto Cabezas que viajaban en el bus La Misión, propiedad de La Tanga, demandaron a las autoridades de Transporte mejor regulación y control de las unidades que salen hacia Managua, pues muchas de ellas se encuentran en mal estado.

En el caso de la unidad mencionada, quedó en mal estado en Coperna y pasaron todo un día esperando que lo repararan en Siuna, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.

Un grupo de hermanos evangélicos viajaba en esa unidad porque iban a una actividad religiosa hacia Chinandega, pero se atrasaron en el viaje producto del mal estado del autobús.

Los pasajeros estaban molestos pues nadie respondía por el reembolso del pasaje para que ellos pudieran continuar su viaje hacia Managua.

De acuerdo a los pasajeros, los boletos fueron vendidos por la empresa Méndez Chow, pero la unidad no es de ellos sino de transporte La Tanga, estos últimos no respondieron por los reclamos de los pasajeros pues argumentaban que solo estaban haciendo un viaje de emergencia a la empresa Chow Méndez.

“Hemos hecho gastos adicionales nadie responde por estos gastos, además el pasaje hasta Managua debe ser reembolsando por la empresa Chow Méndez, pero nadie dice nada”, comentó Alejandro Garcia, uno de los pasajeros inconformes.

Los pasajeros reportaron que desde que salieron el bus estaba dando problemas y finalmente quedó en Coperna, donde amanecieron y luego los llevaron a Siuna donde permanecieron hasta la tarde, a la espera que repararan la unidad.

Posteriormente llegaron las autoridades policiales y fue hasta entonces que el dueño entregó sus documentos, luego se envió al bus a hacer la inspección mecánica para luego salir, pero el dueño del bus pretendia dejar a los pasajeros que estaban reclamando sus boletos, en Siuna y no llevarlos hacia Managua.

Varios pasajeros compraron boletos en Siuna y viajaron en otro bus hacia Managua. La empresa Chow Méndez se comprometió a reembolsarles el boleto, dijo el inspector de Transporte en Siuna, Saturnino Gonzales.

Otra unidad de Bilwi Managua también ha presentado en dos ocasiones problemas similares y han tenido que reembolsar el boleto a los pasajeros, pero en este caso el ayudante del bus se puso agresivo y no permitió el ingreso del inspector a la unidad.

Las autoridades del MTI en Siuna, fueron a hablar con el dueño de la unidad de transporte le pidió sus documentos, pero el ayudante del bus agredió al inspector Saturnino Gonzales y no le permitió el ingreso a la unidad, aduciendo que ese era un lugar privado y que el inspector ni tenía derecho de ingresar.

El ayudante huyó de la unidad cuando llegó la policía, pero luego taxistas de Siuna le ayudaron a tomar un bus hacia Managua.

La temporada alta de movilización de pasajeros en Navidad y Año Nuevo no ha comenzado y ya las unidades comenzaron a dar problemas en el camino, lo cual debe ser analizado por las autoridades del MTI y tránsito de la Policía Nacional.

Passengers from Puerto Cabezas who were traveling on the La Mission bus, owned by La Tanga, demanded from the Transportation authorities better regulation and control of the units that leave for Managua, as many of them are in poor condition.

According to the passengers, the tickets were sold by the Méndez Chow company, but the unit is not theirs but of La Tanga transport, the latter did not respond for the passengers’ claims because they argued that they were only making an emergency trip to the Chow Méndez company.

«We have made additional expenses no one responds for these expenses, in addition the ticket to Managua must be reimbursed by the Chow Méndez company, but nobody says anything,» said Alejandro Garcia, one of the unhappy passengers.

The passengers reported that since they left the bus it was giving problems and finally it was in Coperna, where they woke up and then took them to Siuna where they stayed until the afternoon, waiting for the unit to be repaired.

Subsequently the police authorities arrived and it was until then that the owner handed over his documents, then he was sent to the bus to do the mechanical inspection to then leave, but the bus owner intended to leave the passengers who were claiming their tickets, in Siuna and not Take them to Managua.

Several passengers bought tickets in Siuna and traveled on another bus to Managua. The Chow Méndez company promised to reimburse them for the ticket, said Siuna Transportation Inspector Saturnino Gonzales.

Another unit of Bilwi Managua has also presented similar problems on two occasions and they have had to reimburse the ticket to the passengers, but in this case the bus assistant became aggressive and did not allow the inspector to enter the unit.

The authorities of the MTI in Siuna, went to talk to the owner of the transport unit asked for his documents, but the bus assistant attacked the inspector Saturnino Gonzales and did not allow him to enter the unit, claiming that it was a private place and that the inspector did not have the right to enter.

The assistant fled the unit when police arrived, but then Siuna taxi drivers helped him take a bus to Managua.

The high season of mobilization of passengers at Christmas and New Year has not begun and the units have begun to give problems along the way, which should be analyzed by the authorities of the MTI and transit of the National Police.
