Las autoridades del Distrito Naval del Caribe en un comunicado oficial anunciaron que de acuerdo al monitoreo que realizan se espera un mal tiempo que afectara el territorio nacional y el mar Caribe el día 19 de junio, produciendo olas de 2.7 a 3 metros y vientos de 19 a 26 nudos, con lluvias moderadas y fuertes por lo que anunciaron la suspensión de los zarpes a todas las embarcaciones menores e industriales.

Las autoridades de la Fuerza Naval indicaron que ninguna de las entidades en l caribe entregaran zarpe a embarcaciones que desean hacerse a la mar o que tengan destinos los cayos adyacentes o comunidades cercanas.

Las autoridaes indicaron que las embarcaciones que se encuentran en el mar deben tomar todas las medidas de seguridad necesarias para proteger la vida y buscar puerto seguro para evitar hechos que lamentar.
